Worst app to date from xfinity Sure I can see my on demand but the streaming is terrible slow and if your lucky you might r able to watch before your data and or battery power is used up Such a waste Wish xfinity would fix this constant streaming issue     So slow

What a waste of time     Doesnt work or sync up purchases

If you want to watch a movie on your iOS device then just use the iTunes Store Unless you want to wait 5 HOURS to watch a movie     STUIPD AND DOESNT WORK

I always enjoy using this app But dont understand why all of a sudden HD is no longer available                 I always enjoyed the app

Nothing better than having to start movies over and over again because app keeps crashing Figured out by googling that if get loading problems most likely trying to load HD on mobile which is not available However when the SD version keeps crashing during movie and to go back in you start at beginningANNOYING Horrible movie watching app Glad I got a few free movies     Keeps crashing

At first the app worked efficiently with no mess ups or anything Now every minute or so whatever Im watching closes because of some playback error or problem Please fix this issue     Playback Error Needs to be Fixed

Keeps saying wrong ID or PW     Cant log in

I bought a movie On Demand before I totally checked into how it works After buying a 15 movie you have to use the xfinity purchases app to watch it BIG problem Ive tried for 2 days to just get into the app It keeps kicking me out I am BEYOND frustrated Id like my 15 dollars back Dont bother buying movies On Demand its a waste of your time and money     Disappointed

If you are unable to log in on any Apple devices to this application it is a know issues that Comcast is working to resolve                 Unable to login

I like most of the Comcast apps but this one is unusable It loads but continually hesitates Cant use it on my iPad        Cant use it

The app works great I have bought a few movies so far and it is great being able to watch it at home on my tv or on my iphone Also works well on the ipad                 Great App

I can stream my purchased movie but I cant download it It says the download is complete about 30 seconds after I hit download but then it is impossible to play This kills the usefulness of the app     Downloads dont download

After being transferred from division to division from India to California to Connecticut I finally got the truth that this app is not functional After opening the app once correctly entering your login information you will be kicked out of the app all togetherI have deleted and downloaded the app several times but this error occurs EVERYSINGLETIME However the app isnt the only thing that does not work Trying to view purchases on the Xfinity website has the same problems It will keep asking for your login go to a redirecting page then simply ask for you login again For a company that over charges for all of their services it would be great to at least have them work Only thing worse then the TV andOndemand serves is the customer support     Completely nonfunctional app

Can not sign in from any device and deleted purchases still showing up Godfather 3 was deleted by comcast but shows up as a black box in my purchase history Please fix your app     Useless

Had issues with max number of concurrent streams reached although verified with Xfinity analyst there werent any other streams on my account Also received the error that the content is not available at this time This was after two troubleshooting tickets with xfinity agents and after reinstalling the app Pretty much useless for me until they fix the bugs     Wouldnt work

After talking to two different customer service people I was finally told to download this app to be able to watch my purchased TV shows it lists the show but doesnt display or give access to the episodes Tech support was supposed to contact me three days ago and finally did tonight Was told that it would be unlikely that they would or could contact me through my comcast email account Why do I even have that anyways So much for watching my purchases on the go     What a Tease

I keep getting this error when trying to watch a movie So frustrating     License acquisition failed

Works great for me on my IPhone and iPad and my desktop computer Had trouble at first signing in but the bugs have been worked out              Comcast purchases

After downloading the most recent update on 9142015 I can no longer log into the app to see my purchases I keep getting the message that Ive entered the wrongincorrect log in information even though its CORRECT I can log into ALL other xfinity apps with no issues Please fix this Thanks     Cant Log In After Most Recent Update

Works great if you are dumb enough to buy Ondemand movies from Comcast Really its just another way for the corporate greed moneybags to get your hard earned money from you Trust me     Great Another Comcast app

Unlike netflix or other programs you can NOT playback via my iPhone to your TV The program blocks you from viewing your purchases unless viewed on the iPhone iPad or home TV Dont waste your time if using this for travel     playback is misleading

Having the same incorrect username password problem with the new update and am so frustrated Cant watch any of my downloaded shows on my flights and of course it takes an hour to call Comcast and actually talk to a human     Comcast needs to fix this app ASAP

Just needs to be easier as far as downloading the purchases If you can watch Netflix without the download why not here Other than that happy to have access to my purchases              I like it Just had one downfall

I am at a loss for words I rarely complain about an app It is understandable if maybe it is a little buggy so long as it is functional and users can perform functions and give feedback for improvement But when an app as simple as this is completely nonfunctional one has to wonder who had the decision making authority to release such a crappy product and do they still have their job     Worst app ever

If youre someone who likes to own some movies and shows to watch over and over again you might use Xfinity On Demand to purchase them If so now you can also watch them on any device from anywhere at all using this app It works great and provides an important link to purchased content Also as with Comcasts other apps this app works with Apples VoiceOver screen reader for blind and visually impaired folks like myself Keep up the good work Comcast                 Good Job Once Again

since i cant contact the developers directly i will say something through here this app was working just fine for a while then all of a sudden the thing just decides to crash all the time it wont even open for me using ipad 2 with ios 6              app crashing
