OneLogin is forever flawed The company the service and the app It works well for a small handful of scenarios But mostly it just makes your life difficult If you want real security use 2FA on your accounts and a password manager to create and remember strong random passwords A good password manager that allows collaboration such as LastPass or 1Password Teams will work better than OneLogin which has trouble with many login sites that virtually every password manager out there can do with ease OneLogin tries to solve a very difficult problem making security easy for large organizations but it just doesn t work Good idea poor execution mykh8*

I appreciate that there is an app for mobile but it doesn t seem to be optimized for bigger displays and it can t view in landscape That s the biggest omission I can think of Why would you lock users into portrait especially on a small screen And it really seems that nothing has been put into the app in a while other than a new icon It s dissapointing Overall I don t care to use this app unless I have to on my mobile devices I would much rather have something like 1password provides as a browser extension That s my choice for personal data management Not very great Sterfrydude

As a sys admin this appservice has saved me an immeasurable amount of time New employees setup and provisioned in minutes Access restriction for previous employees done across the board in seconds if you have ever had a disgruntled employee situation the ability to turn the switch off instantly across all integrated systems is an absolute lifesaving feature for a sys admin Existing employees bug me A LOT LESS these days too I cant be thankful enough if I never hear the question how do I log into that account againfor the fifth time you have told me Truthfully I think the employees are happier that they dont need to ask me again as well If you are a sys admin or a small business owner without a sys admin the Onelogin appservice is definitely worth using Saves time and frustration

Until using this app Ive been skeptical that mobile devices can be practical for business computing I feel that mobile devices which Ill define as quickstarting computers that dont require a keyboard are just too impractical to be anything more than toys The OneLogin app changes that It delivers the enterprises Webbased business environment with the convenience of a true mobile app Incredible Business Tool

The one thing about life that we all share in common is there scarcity of time Onelogin is so incredibly helpful to our enterprise and in particular makes it do much easier for my colleagues to do their jobs Onelogin lowers the barriers for getting work done and also transparently makes it simple for me to manage IT access policies across a wide range of disconnected hosted apps The iPad app is a welcome addition to the lineup Well done onelogin Hooray
