Totally lacks features which make time expense more efficient via mobile UI so complicated it s more work in most cases Entries are useless bc frequent sync issues totally frustrating No error reporting or notifications so you can tell if it s just buggy software or sync issues The app fails to work unless complicated server side setup is done to enable it for your organization     Few useful features Crippled by sync issues UncleSteveI

Worst app ever I can t use OpenAir on my iPhone in Safari or Chrome as the time sheet layout is unusable You can t add comments to the time entries So I downloaded this app and the layout and usability is absolutely abysmal Netsuite you either need to make a proper app or fix your product so that we can use it in Safari on the iPhone     Horrible jkozlow3

I really hoped the mobile app would be more user friendly than the desktop version but no dice I can only do activities for myself and cant even approve time sheets for others here There are literally two things I can do submit a time sheet or submit an expense report Since I dont use the expense functionally I can only submit time sheets Not terribly helpful when I need to approve time sheets Basically the mobile app is worse than their desktop version which is pretty abysmal I am not sure whowhat Netsuite spends their money on but I can assure you it isnt UX people I am only giving it one star because I cant give it zero What a waste of app space     Abysmal App

Its a decent start to a potentially powerful application There are some big feature gaps and the interface needs some work Setting default field values would be helpful 99x of the time I use the same Tax Code ClientProjectTask and Tax Locationentering them each time is a huge waste of time Sync is slow even on a fast connection There is no way to check the Missing Paper Receipt checkboxa very important field in my world There is no expense report overviewpreview summary aggregate or PDF and an email feature for sending PDF reports open or submitted would be useful There is no way to turn on viewsync of submitted reports only open or rejected The date controls are the dropdownwheel type when a calendar picker view would be helpful to keep travel days straight I have to leave the app to look at a calendar just to determine what date Monday was           A fair start

1 Its very slow to synchronize 2 Conflicts are handled only in predefined manners You choose a setting either the mobile app overwrites the main app or the main app overwrites the mobile app No option to choose for a specific conflict which system should be the authority 3 Doesnt really work for organizations that have a Sunday to Saturday week instead of Monday to Sunday It will ignore your settings and create an expense report for a Monday to Sunday week Timesheets work fine for some reason There is an internal setting modifiable only by OA support that forces everybodys week to start on Sunday but then user level overrides no longer work Administrators beware 4 No approval functionality If you can put up with that it works okay        Slow Buggy Poor conflict resolution No approval functionality
Needs more features of the website Not sure why it needs a synch feature vs direct input In the end I submitted my time but it was cumbersome           Great Idea but not enough yet
We will see if OpenAir deletes this review too like they did with my last one The app is nice I will give them that but for time sheets it should automatically adjust to store data on the server in the format currently used by the company For example the app allows you to enter hour and minute information for a task which is great and helpful However my company reports time on our time sheets in OpenAir in fractions of days not hours ie 5 4 hours Therefore if I enter something as 4 hour via the app it should report it on my companies timesheet as 5 not 4 ie 4 days I have uninstalled the app yet again        Still Lacking
Its really just a terrible interface Not updated for iOS 7 Impossible if you have a lot of jobs to bill to Cannot do time off requests Cannot view projects cannot modify bookings cannot do 95 of the functions of openair Terrible to use just like the website     Really awful
Ive attempted to login multiple times using my credentials however I keep receiving this mismatch error screen There is no place whatsoever to contact support for this app so Im writing my review here hoping someone will contact me so I can use this on my phone     Cant Login

While the app only covers time sheets and expenses it works pretty well and makes the painful expense submissions a breeze even allows me to snap pictures of my receipts                 Submitting time is so easy
I was excited to see an app for open air but as I was taking a pic of my first receipt it crashed and only a delete and reload would get it working again I was also surprised at how archaic the sync is thought I was on a Palm Pilot again This needs a lot of work before it could be considered a real app        Very buggy

It is no longer 2008 but thats what this feels like You have to manually sync it to start Each data entry field takes you to a new screen where you put your data and then save it3steps instead of 1 Cost entry has strange behavior putting in numbers you didnt type There is no use of the usual iOS widgets Even after syncing the data doesnt always match the websitethat is if you hit a lucky time where the app will sync at all     This is really a poorly written app
I have an iPhone 4 running iOS 6 and I had zero problems building and submitting a 30line expense report just now with at least one image attached to each line item No login issues app was responsive and never crashed I could just be lucky but I wanted to share my experience because it was so different from the onestar reviews                 No problems at all on iPhone 4iOS 6
I used to use the app to keep track of my expenses while traveling over 50 travel in my job Last update will not save receipt data properly and will error saying I didnt enter data fields that I had entered then when Id go back to edit the receipt most of the fields were deleted OpenAir is problematic on a good day but is now completely unusable for me and I have to go back to keeping up with paper receipts Id drop it to zero stars from me if I could     Worked fine for what I needed until most recent update

This app should not have you work locally and then try to sync with the cloud Once I had a timesheet rejected and attempted to resolve this on the iphone and I lost all of my data for two weeks of timesheets that needed some corrections I think this app would be better served to get rid of the sync function Other than this I love the app is so useful and many time better user interface compared to the website     Sync Problems

How long has it been since iOS 7 has been released Almost 2 years Well NetSuiteOpenAir has not heard of this news This app is still using the old iOS 6 design is not optimized for the iPhone 6 screen syncing takes FOREVER and the worst Try putting together a time sheet with this app Its impossible Task and project names are being capped and there is no way of seeing the whole name This app is just useless     Bad bad bad
This has always been a little buggy but the issues were consistent and I could work around them Now its useless I just tried to use the expense tool After the upgrade it is zeroing out expense amounts on save and different unexpected behavior on synch not incrementing the sequence number consistently and showing zero expense amounts on the summary page for all items As a buyer of their backoffice tools most of my company uses this app daily We rely on it to save us time and get our billings right Netsuite fix this now     Lost Productivity

Loved this before with version 107 Now with 108 apparently there is no iPad support It crashed and wouldnt update or reinstall once I deleted it It was easy and fast to update my time on my iPad but much slower now with my fat fingers trying to work the smaller controls on the iPhone Please restore iPad support or even better is there an iPad version coming           What happened to iPad support
