TabLit: Oral Argument was designed by litigators for litigators. SPECIAL INTRODUCTORY PRICE Created from the ground up with a singular purpose: to allow you to focus on your oral argument instead of your written argument. Oral Argument`s ...
For 20 you get to look at 3 arguments If you want to edit arguments you need to pay 10 to 30 PER MONTH for web access This app is definitely not worth the cost and should carry a predominant warning that a monthly subscription is required to get full productivity     Not Worth Cost
There are several issues that should be addressed with this app nothing major that I can see from my use of it so far however so overall its pretty good The worst part of it is the additional money you have to pay to have full access for the app and all of the formatting features If I were using this full time in my practice I wouldnt be happy about paying 20 for the app and then turning around to pay another 20 to use it on my desktop thats really not okay I know developers have to make money so they may continue to develop apps but since you are so limited on the iPad app perhaps it should be Free or 99 and then an additional 20 for webaccess if you need it Then I guess I would be able to give it a higher rating 20 is a lot of money to commit to an app that you arent really sure you will like or will work the way that you need it to As I was writing this review I received this email from the folks at Tablit Many of the features that you have mentioned will be available in a planned upgrade We have an entirely new interface designed that resolves several of the issues you noted and adds new features We are about ready to roll out a new application which will happen in the next 30 days Once that launches were going to finalize version 20 of Oral Argument It will of course be a free update Along with our new app and the OA upgrade we have an entirely new pricing structure planned for the web service Very cool Tablit folks Im a law student and am using this for oral args next week and I think it will be quite useful for its intended purpose Looks like Ill have to write a new review when the updates are made           Its okay may be too expensive though for what you get
Doesnt work at all Log in difficult and slow Was never able to even create an argument     Dont buy it
Nice addition to my practice Since I first bought my iPad I have been looking for ways to use it effectively in the courtroom This app is perfect for presenting a short oral argument The editing function needs some work but it does its job If this company updates the app as promised I will be very happy with my purchase and will upgrade my review to 5 stars              One more way to use my iPad
A nice program but not worth 20 up front with a monthly subscription required to actually and functionally use the program Since you cant edit an argument unless it has been saved to the subscription service you will waste 20 on the program Dont bother     Bad Business Model
