I was in the process of placing an order and accidentally pressed submit Not the first time Ive used the app The saved credit card was not what I wanted to use and I wanted to use a coupon Could not find where to put the coupon code So accidentally pressed the submit and I figured thered be a way to cancel or change within the app Nope Got the confirmation email and no phone number but theres an email address and a Twitter handle So I emailed them And waited Went to the website and pressed the chat button and submitted my question And waited The food came Ate it And then they responded And told me to place another order with the other credit card And then theyd issue a refund on the first order But it took them so long to respond to the first email why would I make another order and wait for them to respond Before I know it Ill have another order of food that Ill have to pay for Because theyre so slow in responding     Horrible customer service

The entire app from the landing page to my order being delivered is beautifully designed So simple and intuitive I love being able to see how close my driver is                 So Great

Like many other reviewers I downloaded the app today then as soon as I start to scroll through restaurants it crashes     Crashes

I used this app today for the second time It is a little confusing but if you take one step at a time you can figure it out Works like a charm              Solid app with a lot of potential

The app order tracking feature seems to have disappeared Whats up with that           What happened to in app order tracking

This app kept changing my address It kept taking my apartment number out and changing my city There was only one restaurant that delivered and I live near Nashville Tennessee Does not make any sense This app is not accessible for those who use voice over I do not recommend     Horrible

Doesnt even deserve one star imo Horrible app Do yourself a favor and get eat 24 or grubhub     Nuts

I ordered from an Italian restaurant and it has been two hours and I havent received my food I am in the center of downtown norfolk but it says delivery from majority of the places are unavailable to be delivered in my area I absolutely will NOT be using this again Two hours I could have just gotten the food somewhere else dont waste your money     Dont Call If Youre Hungry

Great idea needs to fix some bugshard to order some times map unattainable sometimes no notifications but will only get better over time              Hoarder gut

When I try to change the address pressing none does nothing making the app unusable At this point just stop releasing updates This app keeps becoming worse and worse with each update EDIT still an issue after most recent update This app is terrible     I cant change my address

With every update and supposed new fix more issues arise Every update so far has brought back a buggier app This time I cant even add things to my order Loyalty rewards pops up randomly and even though I have 2 items it only shows one of them When I try to fix it the app crashes Until you bring out an actual working app Im not using orderup again        Worse and worse

This app is my new best friend So easy And they have all of my favorite local restaurants Plus they do all kinds of super cool events around town on a grassroots level and really connect with the community Ive always thought that there should be somebody that delivers ice cream to your door Not like an ice cream man but kind of Every single kind of cuisine you could imagine Even delivery mini doughnuts I havent had any technical problems either All in all its my new best friend                 Heck Yes Love this thing

OrderUp delivers restaurants in my town that the competitors dont That Is Awesome Also the interface has fun animations and I like those                 Delivers amazing food fun animations

I live in a major cityKansas City and they dont have service here yet its not much better than living in the middle of nowhere as far as this app is concerned Useless     Says find food anywhere and its not true

My husband uses this to get lunch at work and hes never had any problems Its pretty convenient My biggest problem is that the Order Up location software does not recognize my home address Its new construction but Ive lived there 10 months now come on           Handy but not complete

Worth using if youre okay with an expected hour delivery time They emailed me saying this is the usual delivery time So by the time you get your food its not hot anymore No thank you     Hour wait for cold food

Love OrderUp The tracker is amazing and the saved addresses and credit cards make ordering easy and convenient I have also tried their group ordering feature which lets you order from multiple devices so convenient                 Favorite food delivery app

Good ideaterrible user interface Wouldnt even give me the option to pay with cash after wasting so much time trying to order from somewhere that was actually available There were no actual places that didnt already deliver offered either So its pretty much just taunting with idea of chipotle delivered while not actually offering the service Definitely gotta step the game up        Meh

Alright this is a cool concept and a pretty user friendly app The biggest problem that I see is that the drivers are subcontractors so if they dont handle your food with care who do you complain to What if the restaurant makes a mistake with your order do you call the restaurant the fix it but then will the Order Up driver come back with the correct order Still like the app and more restaurants are adding my location as a delivery location so that is cool There needs to be a way to report mistakes on orders though           Order Up

Yes this is convinent if you live in a big city but a place like Cincinnati everything is 510 min walk If this branched outside the city limits it would be a lot better        Waste of time

I had no idea what this was or why it said pretty much everywhere could be delivered Including coffee ice cream and McDonalds But I woke up one morning feeling terrible and kids needing fed I placed an order and it kept me updated every minute I had my food in less than 15 minutes from the time I ordered And unlike most restaurants that deliver I didnt have to buy a ridiculous amount of food or pizza Blech I can literally have an ice cream cone delivered to me to my house if I choose Like how awesome is that Or the best part living in a legal state it deters people from driving high to get their munchies on Genius I will definitely be using this app a lot                 Why didnt someone think of this sooner

I use OrderUp at least once a week Yeah I get it Im lazy The app is easy to use and the delivery is super fast I usually get my food in about 30 minutes The driver tracker is a great feature I always know the status of my food Its just like the Dominos app If I could give this more stars I would                 Awesome Service

I downloaded the app on a promise of a 5 credit Never got the credit terrible interface min tip is 20 After you pay the 499 ordering fee you cant pay with cash and most places deliver or youre really lazy Use Eat24 they send out coupons every weekend Worst part I spent so much time messing with the app I went from hungry to starving     Dont use

I always use this app whenever Im at home dont feel like cooking or going out The deliveries are always fast I have yet to have a bad experience Ive recommended it to several people already because the variety of restaurants is awesome Keep it up                 I LOVE OrderUp

Great app Lots of restaurants that normally do not deliver My only gripe is after I place an order I see the delivery tracker But if I change to another page or screen I cannot get back to the delivery tracker and there is no button in the app for it              Need Delivery Tracker Button

Trying to order delivery for your house while at worktry another App because OrderUP doesnt work     Manually entering your address doesnt work

I am at state college pa and the app still works here where a lot of apps fails You just need to improve your UI its at a very bad state as it stands                 Make it a intuitive UI and you have a great app

I had to delete this app almost as soon as I downloaded it because it crashed every Single Time I tried using it Worthless     Constantly crashing

I live on a main road in Oklahoma City App does not recognize my address Come on This place has been here for years Every app recognized my address Except this one Cant review the service as I cant use it     Worthless

I am currently in Delaware but the app puts me on an island off the coast of Africa Therefore I cannot use the app even if I try to enter the address manually Yes I have been outside for awhile and Google Maps correctly locates me     Wrong Continent

Ive never written a review before but I felt it my obligation to do so This app keeps shutting down on me not even allowing me to browse through the available restaurants Whats the point of releasing such a pointless app     Not pleased
