Really like this app overall However I would love to have the ability to add a new payee to the profile under bill pay so I dont have to go use my computer to log on              No ability to add new from mobile

Works great but it should really be optimized for the bigger screen of 5th gen IPodiPhone              Does what it needs to

Please please add an option to have a LONGER timeout It literally times out after 12 min of inactivity which is crazy especially when you are trying to reconcile your checkbook Also please add the ability to edit your bill pays           Needs improvement

It does not work for the iPad Once it is updated to work on the iPad it will be much better Right now I can only view it landscape That is very annoying     mobile app

I love this application Its easy to login and navigate with great features As a longdistance member I conduct all my activity online so having the app on my phone makes it even easier One thing that would make this even better would be remote deposit capture                 Fabulous

I was excited about the touch ID on this app But then for some reason they removed it It worked well and it made logging and much easier Please bring it back        Excited about Touch ID and it was removed

iPad support and Finance Works support would be good until then we have to settle using the website        Needs iPad Support

The app is my ongoing update on my banking Use it to check on activity transfer money in my accounts and also transfer money to a linked account if my daughter So easy to use                 Rely on it daily

The name of the app in this new version when I am looking at my home screen is OSUUnion which is not nice to look at nor is it helpful to decipher what the app is Please change it back to OSU Federal or OSU FCU anything so that isnt part of the title     Fix the title on home screen

App works for me I dont like however the new way the transactions are displayed For me with the date above and greyed out it isnt pleasing to the eye Simple problem however that doesnt keep me from using the app everyday              OSU

The app gave me a false available balance after I had deposited a check and then allowed me to transfer more money than I had available at that time to my savings account Then the bank pulled money out of my loan account and from another joint account that I have to cover the transfer I also ended up with service fees for two purchases I made before I noticed an issue online The bank corrected the issue and reversed the charges I would say while hey are working out the kinks be careful with this app It looks really good and seemed user friendly besides the issues I had the first time I used the update from OSU federal to the new Oregon State Credit Union        The new app gave me a false available balance

iPad 3 iOS 6x This app while quirky was useable After updating yesterday now it is NOT useable the interface elements competeoverlay each other and pieces are zoomed out of proportion Fortunately I did not update the other devices     Was good now not

This app is confidential and 100 effortless One of the easiest things do to in a day As a full time collage student I have very little time to run to my bank and do the things I need but this makes my bank accessible and easy                 Effortless

Use it daily out if range to just drop by a branch Works every time couldnt ask for more Mike                 Just me
