Outlook Groups enables you to engage with your team on the go with an Office 365 work or school account. Take part in the latest discussions, share photos and notes and collaborate on files. With Outlook ...
If you use Outlook groups as a part of a large team this is way way better than using within Outlook I have turned off groups in Outlook and just use this app now Team chat way better than in Outlook
Really nice app Love the integration with files and email I like slack but this is by far a much better work Wow
This app reminds me of old school Microsoft So many gotchas that you cant really use it without an Exchange administrator and IT support Just try adding someone from outside your domain to a group No can do Actually can kinda do but its a clunky addition to a single message and the outsider cant become a member What the heck is Microsoft trying to prove here other than domination over Yammer MEH
Can follow updates from my team share files notes and photos Beats using the web Great if you already use Outlook groups
Great app with simple intuitive UX I can finally catch up on my group conversations when on the go The files and one note integration is cool too Love It
Love it Makes interacting with groups fast and seamless Awesome app
Easy to post Love the discover and mention feature Way to go Awesome app for collaboration
I need a way to view my groups calendar and even add new events I know you can do it Please hurry before my team gives up on the idea of using 365 No group calendar
I opened it signed into my work account and clicked the frost group Im in It crashed I reopened it got into the group Files are buried behind an inbox My employees want to use this like Dropbox not a shared inbox and Microsoft insists on layering the file sharing feature behind everything else I click an excel document Excel opens and asks me to sign in again This time it asks me if it is a work or personal account Excel cant even figure out which account forwarded it the document its been asked to open Excel crashed Went back to groups clicked document again and a couple minutes later it finally opened Tldr way too clunky for inexperienced people to use compared to Dropbox and box Not ready for prime time
The one drive app is great for personal files but collaboration is really the name of the game For folks who are new to groups these make office 365 collaboration easy Anyone anywhere access to files conversations and notes Great way to get mobile Looking forward to more great features in the coming months SharePoint goes mobile finally
Its a decent start but without group calendars or an iPad version I cant rate higher than 3 stars Okay start
