Palette is an incredibly simple way to create great color palettes based on everyday things. Take a photo to make a palette. With Palette`s simple color swatch editing tool, you can quickly customize your palettes ...
Very useful for storing and remembering colors Really cool
You cant create your own pallet or add different colors which is what I wanted it for Useless
Shame the app doesnt let you choose pictures from your photo library or a seed color from a color wheel Disappointing
A beautiful interface but sorely limited for serious design work Needs to allow for direct editing of hex values a way to bring in a Camera Roll image a pref for setting the default grid size the ability to dragreorder swatches in the grid as well as saved palettes Oddly palette names display in different text sizes depending on how long the name is an obvious bug And whats with the Apple Store Available Now ad at the bottom of every email the app sends Does any designer really want to subject a client to that Selfpromotion shouldnt trump common sense Shows promise lovely GUI and has the potential to pull ahead to bestofclass but fails to deliver on too many basic features in its current iteration Will update this review when a future release addresses the issues cited here Pretty Too Limited But
Just take a picture and Palette takes care of the rest Easier than other options
Helps me come up with palettes for my new house Great app
