I d been just using the Notes checklist for a grocery list but it was hard to sort and often ran to duplicates This was easy to do and you can get as specific or general as you like FYI not all of the bar codes yield info or even the correct info                 Useful and user friendly Acme64

We started using another app was disappointed then found My Pantry It allows our whole family to update usage which keeps the inventory up to date We use it for the freezer fridge and pantry and it allows us to use general items rather than specific I e Brown rice rather than uncle bens brown rice so I can buy different brands without growing my inventory This one is working great                     Perfect just what we were looking for Jholt619234

App is terrific while everything is working Spent hours photographing and entering data into it Had a slightly annoying issue in that every time I open my phone the app opens and I have to close it before I can make a call or whatever I m doing Contacted support twice Nothing Then a really big deal breaker issue happened Everything in the items list DISAPPEARED Hundreds of items Went to try and sync but couldn t remember my password Password reset link sent to me is DISABLED Contacted support twice more and told them next step was the review board at the App Store Apparently they don t care Have to start over now with another app     Nice app but ZERO support Jade4now

The database missed basics like peanut butter and cereal 3 attempts via support request thru app and online with no reply acknowledging email Wasted money     No support poor scanning ability No Review Name

My brother recommended this after he had been using it for a year Now my daughter can be at home adding things to the list as I shop or I can give my husband a picture of or even scan the item I need No more grabbing the wrong thing                     So worth it thealohaking

While it is a well functioning and helpful app it is limited in that it does not automatically recognize to add an additional unit to a previously scanned similar object Also it is now downloadable into an excel chart or other printable list             Suggested upgrades JKloza

My small household is on a budget so I like to save money with grocery special sales but need to make sure things don t expire before they can be used The scanner decides when its going to scan takes a long time and only provides the name of the product if it s there so you have to add all the other info manually Also annoying if it doesn t recognize the barcode which is frequent since it didn t even recognize starbucks k cups there isn t a name data base Even the diet weight loss apps have that AND they include nutritional information         Incomplete and time consuming Renattam

Just downloaded it hoping to track my pantry for 2017 but no matter what I do I can t even add one item Added my categories on my ipad but they don t sync to my phone Just frustrating     Not Worth It 2Headache4

Well it does the job There are some annoyances The worst is probably how inconsistently the scanner works followed by the inability to add an item by UPC without having to type In all the other information manually I am sure it will get better in time but for right now I am not sure if this will ultimately fit the bill for me or not             It s Okay PrepperJack

Scans barcodes from the various store labels that I shop at and I ve found very little that requires a manual entry The key is to make sure you either update as you use it or just before you shop It has really save me time and money not over purchasing staple items                     Awesome App BayAreaGal18

Today I inventoried every can bottle bag and package of food in my house It took a few hours more because I was too slow to see the barcode scanning feature right away and there were a few glitches main one If I went to change the name of a food I d saved it would make the change but the app would hang Exiting the app and re entering it would resolve the problem However I now have a complete list of ingredients on hand as well as a shopping list for those items that are out dated too few in number or that I m out of I love the fact that I was able to work on the inventory both on my iPhone and my iPad Pro I love the fact that there s an Apple Watch part of the app that will let me check off items from my wrist while I shop much faster than dragging out my phone for each item added to my cart I did one thing that was not how the app had intended I do it I used the Location field not for the location of a store but for the location of the item pantry kitchen cabinet etc so that not only do I know what I have I know right where to find it This app is so superior to the various grocery lists available for iOS It lets you track inventory if I m standing in the middle of the store or anywhere else and I want to know if I have X ingredient and how much I have of it I ll know right away It s easy to decrease the number of items as they re used I m really looking forward to working with this wonderful app I knocked off a star for the glitch but actually it should be a 4 5 or 4 75 rating                 Just what I was looking for CandaceSoVan

Although I haven t used it for very long but I ve mastered it and it works very well There are a few bugs in there crawling around but I suspect they will be taken care of soon I know the work around and there s no harm done when I encounter them I give it a A Easy to use and pleasant to the eyes I used a competitor app before and got disappointed when they were dragging their feet on an editing issue It s still not fixed This app doesn t have the problem I had there so I m pleased with it This one does pretty much the same as their competitor and in some respects is easier to use Thumbs up for a great app The only recommendation I have is a feedback link so we can provide bug reports I don t see and easy way of submitting that If it s there it needs to be easier to find                     Pantry works great Larry_in_Buffalo

I had been searching a good pantry app for a little while for controlling the food consuming not wasting while making life easier to shop This app has very nice features like barcode scanner it works most of the time when I use it photo for each item category of each item expiration date notification which I value the most for not wasting food It also has shopping list integrated with pantry items and it allows you to save stores locations also has coupon feature and very detailed searching or sorting or tagging features plus a note space You can even export the list to different storage cloud apps or email to others Very neat designed and functional It s one of the best ones that I ve tried out among several pantry organizing apps It s very easy to use and control organizing and managing food storage                     Very useful app that works for me Shanluvtech

I ve used the app successfully for several years and it functions very well Not as good as it once was the feature that allows you to back up your data and sync it in the cloud either no longer works or customer service chooses not to tell you how to make it work They don t respond to messages asking about the app after you purchase it             App fine Customer Support Nil Cactus2

I have been inventorying everything in my deep freeze with this app as I seem to lose things for years in there I have many home made things and repackaged items from warehouse stores that I had to hand enter which actually didn t take too long I never had any trouble entering new items My problems with app occurred when I needed to edit items If I decided for instance to add a particular tag to a category of foods the program would randomly freeze Sometimes certain foods just can t be renamed the program freezes every single time I try to rename them Or it will freeze when I try to rename the unit type on one particular item every time I try to do it but still allow me to rename unit types on other items Then I have to close down the program start again It has been aggravating to work with but useful to have now that I am done with the initial inventory             Handy but freezes Skskboogie

So far this has worked pretty well as a way to track stuff in chest freezer The dating of foods is a little problematic if I add more of same foods can t do different expire date but overall great simple app                 Good for freezer inventory offpistenh

Scanning works great and you can add items manually The app lets you set the store where you buy the item and its category I d like to be able to order my list according to the aisles in the store but this isn t offered A workaround is to use the location field with ordering labels like 1 fruits and veg Unfortunately the list doesn t export as email in the sort order you chose for your shopping list It s a bit glitchy when I save I had to force quit several times Overall well worth the price                 Useful and works mostly as designed jdgva

I was looking for a good shopping budget and tried by paying for this Felt after using it Was not friendly with shopping and accuracy Needs more improvement with the upc scanner to simplify it Plus others         It s an app but still needs more work cominternut

I used this app offline and was pretty pleased with the results so decided to write a review When I accessed the app on line everything I had worked to scan for 2 months became nothing Be warned     Lost 2 months worth of scanned inventory EcoR5

Not totally wild about this app yet still working with it It needs a search option not just a filter and sort I have a hard time finding items to cross off when used Search should include search by barcode and typing in a portion of the item This by far annoys me the most about the app I m not wild about the online shopping list either I like how you can add things and increase number but I don t like it to actually shop from It is easy to use has customizable fields and works okay it does occasionally freeze up I probably like this one the best out of all that I tried but it does have room for improvement             Fine app Beachmama64
