I loved this app until the latest update Opens to logo then crashes I deleted it so hopefully I will install again after its fixed        App crashes

I used to utilize this app all the time I did the latest update 98 and now I cant open it     Installed update and now it wont open

Since the new update Im not able to open the app anymore sad I love my pizza     App Crash

The app doesnt work I dont care what is said I just downloaded it     It still doesnt work

All my friends tell me to have get this game I have game now and its awful The gameplay is terrible and the main character is just some dude Whoever made this must be artistic     Just a terrible game

Many of the buttons dont work and are unresponsive Entering credit card info is completely broken and freezes my iPad completely This app is entirely useless     App is broken

I ordered two pizzas and a brownie and the order went to the restaurant as 3 veggie pizzas Awful app     Messes up orders

Just used it to order Seems ok so far Downsides I navigated out of the app to text someone and when I went back in the app the cart was empty So it deleted all the stuff I had added Also makes you go back through the whole order process again just to change one thing I saw my cart and it listed normal sauce on my pizza I had asked for extra sauce So when I went back to check and make sure it was selected I had to jump through like 5 screens Overall its fine but needs some major improvements           Seems ok

Since the last update I cannot open the app It opens to the logo and then immediately crashes Please fix soon     Crashes

Finger ID should be supported and this app should be smoother then the last update     You all need to update this NOW

This app is so simple and great I can customize my own pizza and have it delivered to my front door What a time saver Love love love this app The only thing I might do is make your rewards program reasonable 5 for 1 point I think is a little crazy Other than that I love it                 So much easier than calling

There mustve been a new update whenever I try to open the papa johns app now it flashes open and then closes immediately leaving this app to be completely useless     App will no longer open

I had problems using a promotion code in cart Had to close app and resign in and order again Almost quit to just eat leftover but finally got it done           A little frustrating

You can order once on the app but once youre done the app becomes utterly useless You cant view the stores location see your account or anything        Order once then youre done

I love the app And it worked great until I decided to try and order ahead of time Id love to be able to order as I leave work and pick it up on my way home But I get some error about trying to use more than one coupon when I do that If I say Ill pick it up immediately the error goes away But by the time I get there my pizzas cold Fix that and Ill give you 5 stars           Works great until

I have to admit that I was a little confused about the flow of the interface when I used the app for the first time Some of the features could be more obvious to the user For instance being able to go back and forth between steps in the ordering process top portion of screen was not identifiable due to its flatness I didnt know they functioned like buttons It took me a bit to figure it out Additionally being able to login with my ID is hidden in the side menu list not the food menu While its streamlined for a guest its a little cumbersome for those with an account Its compounded by the app not keeping my login the next time that I order I appreciate it from a security standpoint but it is inconvenient Specifically regarding iPhones it would be nice to login with TouchID and use ApplePay to make the purchase As an example the Kickstarter app incorporates ApplePay quite nicely Otherwise I can navigate around the app fine once I figured out how the interface functions I think that folks who arent as adept at computers as me wont find certain features as easy           Not bad but needs some tweaking

This app has way to many steps No Facebook or gmail login The process seems never ending Why do I need an email after my order Why not in order history Im not picking Anyway app is horrible design as truly does look like and afterthought which is said in by a earlier reviewer        Not laid out well

I never had any issues with this app until it updated itself Now it wont even open I deleted it and reinstalled it several times and it still does not work They should also make it to where if you buy a large order of pizzas they should give you the discounted price on the app so you can collect your points instead of having to call in and order the pizza You dont earn any of your points when you order it over the phone     App stinks

Ok Papa Johns what is going on with your app Ive used it to order pizza at least once a week but now its hard to do so Your tech team made an update to fix bugs in the app but instead of fixing it they made it worse Im very disappointed Fix the app or youve lost a valuable customer     App

First let me start by saying how big a fan I am of your pizza Best flavors out there With that being said this review does not reflect the quality of the food but directly rates the application itself In a world of growing anonymity among the buyin for the digital marketing scene everybody is trying to get a slice This app seems like it was nothing more than an afterthought of someone in marketing and management said eh sure why not After reading the reviews of this app I almost didnt even download it The prevailing hunger for the tantalizing pie was the only thing that led me forward If you truly love what you make and you love sharing that love with people who in turn love what you do why would you cripple the ability and desire of those people to obtain what you make This haphazard application not only loses you business but creates the inability to obtain that medium in which you share your passion with the people I am merely speculating but I would venture to guess that digital sales and marketing brings in at least 2550 of your customer base I am begging you please put more time and resources into an application that creates easy convenient means to get your product to the customer Papa John I hope more than anything you see this Love what you do and love those that love what you do Nothing more than a humble customer           Listen Up Papa John

Really bad app Payment and billing address issues even after updating billing address kept giving error of billing address     Bad app

The app does not offer the same features as the online site And it never remembers what Ive already added to the order so I had to keep recreating it     Not Impressed
