Pretty designs but creating details on the card is kind of touchy I still used it for my daughters birthday and was pleased with the card and the fact I could stay organized with RSVPs Ill use it again              Cool but needs update

As numerous other reviewers have commented Paperless Post seriously needs to allocate some data to explaining how this App works right in the beginning Ratings would skyrocket I must agree calling for help to NYC is an exercise in frustration Employees answering questions know little about iOS or even stationery etiquette They act as if your call is an intrusion on their otherwise perfect hipster day NYC is full of peeps looking for work with great skills Why cant PP hire a more responsible enthusiastic team that actually cares It took me awhile to learn all the features of this App and upgrades have made it better and better I love one can store addresses but I wish it could access all my Contacts to make it even easier It accesses photos so why not Contacts Im hanging in there with PP bc I love the graphics Even though I could care less if kate spade New York or Derek Blasberg designs them Im looking for eye appeal and find changing color fonts type size leading gives me the personalized design I prefer sending There is now a sorting feature which allows one to pick designer format even what it costs Yes you still have to be sure to remove the envelope if you dont want to pay extra but thats how they make Its also a shrewd tool to use coins instead of assigning a dollar value to addon features bc one is would be less likely to add them Like using your credit card instead of cold hard cash I realize were moving into an age where gifs and sound are popular but Im more of a traditionalist so Im sticking with PP if only to see how they grow and change           YES You can use PP w iOS You just better know iOS well

This app is ok for quickly tracking your RSVP and guest info but for creating or editing a card use the website if you can The options are very limited and it wont refresh automatically youd have to close the app and reopen to see your changes        Not as good as the website

Compared to the website its really lacking Not even just the fact that there are so many features you cannot use through the app but also the presentation of the cardsinvites are not that exciting at all The homepage is very limited of the categories to look up I am a fan of the website features options customer service etc The app is just a let down           Meh

I love the fact that I can send invitations without paying postage and almost everyone has email these days on their phones so it is convenient Love this                 Nice invitations for free or inexpensive

Love the variety of options to personalize an electronic invitation It was my first time using the app for my sons birthday and found it mostly easy to get what I wanted I do wish there was a better filter option to choose a design as well as going back to edit while creating the invitation Will be back again              Unique and Easy

One of the best invite apps I have seen or used                 Paperless Post

It crashed 3 times when Im sending more than 5 guest the crash made me sent to someone on my email list I didnt want to invite Now i have a whole mess of that If I invite them why i didnt invite their siblings Now this mistake will cost me more money Plus they dont let you edit any thing on the card once it is done        Errrrrrr

My first time using it so maybe I need to pay for the tweaks I would like as I sent a free invite 1 Would be nice to have a clickable link within the invite or at least be able to copy paste 2 would like to see total number of kids vs adults option added for tallying 3 fix the bug that pushes the same notification from guests to me twice 4 remove the auto notification of guest reply when I personally update the number attending after a particular guest replies 5 make it more obvious that the guest needs to CHOOSE how many are coming as so far every single RSVP 70 and counting havent done so and thus I have to go in and modify each response to keep the tally correct           Good so far but could use some tweaks

The lack of ads on this service is so refreshing The app is fully integrated so that no weird messages are generated Its handy to follow RSVPs as they come in on my phone                 No bugs or ads follow rsvps on the go

This app is absolutely terrible Doesnt function properly freezes constantly not user friendly Among other thingswaste of time and space on my device     Terrible app

Wandered through it and made one invitation in trial mode The templates are nice I always want lots of choices              Nice Layouts

I love the cards and the way they are opened by the recipient I do wish that the app at least for the iPhone and the online access were more similar as far as tasks one is able to accomplish              Beautiful cards both free and not free

This app was a nightmare half the invitations didnt do through and the other half that did go through I didnt get there rsvps a waste of time and money I contacted the company about the issue and they didnt care they did nothing to help me or solve the issues this app did more harm then good     Nightmare
