Overall this application is pretty good I like the interface and overall performance I like the ability to email I also like the inclusion of references However this application is clearly not intended for a US audience The name itself Paracetamol Overdose reflects this apps original target groupIn fact the infusion recommendations do not conform to US infusion guidelines the loading dose over 60 min instead of 15 min Some suggestions rename the application to reflect Acetaminophen instead of Paracetamol Include a 150 line Include a normogram with a logarithmic scale Include mcgdL for units even though mgL is the same Also we dont usually refer to STAG instead we will state RSI for repeated supratherapeutic ingestion Include the US standard infusion protocol Include oral NAC dosing This application will be great once the application reflects a US audience Acetaminophen not Paracetamol
