I was at parking meter DC metro where a big clear sticker on meter indicated need to download Parker app I signed up gave my credit card only to find I had to download ParkMobile app to actually pay I can not find way to remove Ccard from Parker and it s 5 for support call Wow Such a disappointment     Terrible Public Relations MarveyChick

Fairly useful information The available options for location services are only always uses location services even when app isn t running draining battery or never can t automatically locate parking Needs a while using option With location services turned off need to manually find your location on a world map every time app is opened             Needs an update Hdarb

This app is extremely useful for people going to large college campuses like I will be in the fall It even lets you park and remembers where you parked your car It is very helpful when you are looking for a parking spot or roaming through a sea of cars looking for yours                     Great for college students ChelsCrockett37

This app might work ok for certain places but for Clemson it is a complete waste of time It s never correct in listing available parking spaces and in fact will cost you more time while you drive through full parking lots looking for a fictitious parking space Thank goodness I didn t waste any money on this     Waste of time Cocky21

Clemson University bought this parking service for their students due to high demand for commuter parking and little space and time It s great because now we can see where an empty spot is in advance which helps expedite the process                     Absolutely Great Andrew pever

This is a great idea for an app and the one thing it IS excellent for is finding parking garages It simplifies that process hugely and it s intuitive and easy to use That s it though I have memory problems and I was trying to use this app to remember where I parked because it s easy for me to lose my car So I would park it and note in the app where I parked it When I opened my app later it would have logged me out and lost the memory of where I d parked It doesn t do this all the time but I can t figure out what makes it happen so it s unreliability in an app that needs more than most to be reliable before anything else Could be a great app if they fix some stuff Right now it s not         Great idea awful reliability Kat38472

The whole point I downloaded the app is because I wanted to be able to find street parking without circling around But I never see any indications of street parking I am not sure if this is because there are not enough users updating their parking status in the downtown DC area         Street Parking Is Not Functional LuBond007

I kept clicking on Done Parking after I confirmed my parking spot thinking I needed to do that before I left my vehicle But it did not save my location I finally figured out that you do not click on that until AFTER you use the walk back to car and are all done using the app Not exactly intuitive on that usage                 Click on Done Parking AFTER Walk back Mdward2

I recently downloaded this app for an upcoming event downtown and was completely disappointed in it It took several attempts to register and even more attempts to use the pay for parking feature I will be uninstalling this app today because it is a waste of time Hopefully I can delete my credit card information     Frustrating Madam Playsalot
