You constantly have to sign in and there is no way to navigate back from a review of the reservation Just a website
You login and then if you move to any other page in the app you are logged out Really I mean websites have had better functionality for nearly 20 years Lacking basics
Just needs all of the next steps included Wanted to view my reservation to see if I had one not make or change a reservation Thought I could see the reservation if I went into change but it requires me to enter the reservation number so Im going back to the full site Nice start
I am updating my review after using this app for about 6 months Unfortunately there has been no changes The app is still almost useless As other companies have steadily improved their programs over the years this one seems to be stuck in beta testing The major downside of the app is that you have to retype your email and password every time you navigate to a different tab This essentially renders the app useless Making a reservation is clumsy and tedious and does not leverage the fact that you are logged in at all No advantage over mobile site
Although the app has a Directions button but I have not been able to get the benefit of that feature yet Lack of driving directions
There really isnt much of an app here 1 No memory of your login current reservations 2 Mobile site is exactly the same low luster capabilities 3 Not worth the space for its icon on my desktop Results deleting the app Review what app

Makes you search for an existing reservation using the reservation and your email Why the heck would you need to carry a reservation around with you after you have already logged into your account That makes this app useless unless you want to check your points or make a new reservation Make sure you write the reservation number on the back of your hand so you can remember it when you want to see your EXISTING reservations AFTER you log into your account Not very useful
I have to agree with most of the other reviewers this app is not very helpful Ive used it to make a reservation and add a ticket to my account when I didnt have my membership card checking out The inconvenience of multiple logins and marginal functionality beyond that makes it barely useful Not much value
Nice visual app but needs some serious updates Login saving reservation population etcI want to use the app but not until its comparable to logging in on a web browser Needs some work
Which is what this app is held together by It allows you to execute the basics and nothing more find location reservation and enter missing ticket I think we all hoped this app would be a replacement for our physical card but it doesnt come close Popsicle sticks and glue

Even when you use the app to make a reservation you cant view that reservation without logging back in with the confirmation number But if you already remembered the number you wouldnt be looking tut up in the first place The app should remember you but thats not an option Horrible
Can I give this ZERO stars This app wont even get to most of the screens doesnt remember log on and you cant do anything with it Totally useless Useless
Its obvious that the app was developed was created with intention that it be consider useful to its customers but all it does is track points and allows you to make a reservation That is it Once you make a reservation online you are asked to print the reservation page to hand to the attendent Whenever someone is logged in to their account your reservation should appear in the home page Instead you have to remember the confirmation number and search fort it The renders the app useless solely based on the idea of such an app is to make a travelers life easier The user should be able to show the attendent the reservation on the their smart phone rather than worrying about to remember to bring the print out Linking with Passbook would be great I suggested just using their website until they learn what the purpose of a travle app is Needs Help

Its one of those crappy embedded web apps Not very intuitive you have to go to change a reservation to see it forgets that you logged in and takes you back to the login screen every time you access the spot club Build a native iOS app please make it cohesive and use the best features of the platform eg passbook Pretty bad
I use The Parking Spot about twice a month and expected this app to track my drop offs and pick ups I use the valet service but Im sure folks who self park would love to know exactly where their car was left For me using the valet Id like to be able to let my location know when Ive returned so that my car can be brought around as well as trigger a shuttle van pickup instead of calling them and giving my res number Waste of time
This app works great and is just as good as all the other travel apps I use Just what I needed
Ok for making a reservation but could be much improved mainly by saving reservations so when logged in you can view them and not have to go fishing around in an email and print a confirmation to give to an attendant Would be MUCH better to have it all saved ad accessible in the app like airlines have done As a result the app is pretty useless may as well book from my PC Ok but could be better
Lousy Doesnt remember your login from screen to screen doesnt allow you to view your saved reservations wo knowing your confirmation number You should be able to login wyour spot club creds view all details including upcoming reservations Take a look at Southwest Airlinesthats the sort of app users need for this type of company Whats the point of having all of your activity tied to one little spot club card if you cant access all of it in one place without multi logins Feels like a 1st attempt at an app

They double charged me I made a reservation but since it stuck thinking during the payment confirmation process my credit card was charged twice Bad experience and slow interface will cause me to booking parking somewhere else Bad appdouble charged me
First of all if you are unable to remember your usernameemail or password associated with the Parking Spot theres no where to go on the app for a forgot username or forgot password The app also does not allow you to save your login information If you are already logged in and have reservations you have to then relogin AND have your reservation number just to check the details Not user friendly

Its a good thing their core business isnt more complicated than renting slabs of concrete because based on their app they are terrible at anything else Someone should be fired
The app is worthless It is not user friendly and doesnt make use of iOS features like passbook The app also doesnt allow for ticketless reservations and electronic club membership card In todays traveling environment where the majority of people have smartphones not having these simple task makes the app worthless Not Worth Using
This app is not very useful It would help if the app stored login info from page to page within the app preventing users from having to log in repeatedly It would help if the app allowed reservations to sync with the location or allow an ereceipt to be added to Passbook to be shown to the attendant or scanned at an entry gate It would help if payment and discount card information could be stored within the app and able to scanned at the exit gate or auto charged so drivers can exit quicker Im not sure if the intent of this was to be fully functioning robust tool But as s road warrior it would be helpful if you considered making some much needed upgrades to this app Time to Upgrade dont ya think
This app would be great if it allowed the user to see current reservations but no you can only make a reservation Id like to also see those reservations Ive scheduled Please fix Needs help
