I paid for this app and have had it for several years at least it has the same icon I opened and it is a new version and all my passwords are gone I clicked on AP support and got a blank screen     LOST ALL MY PASSWORDS Sagt&t

I was looking at reviews of other people and saw one that someone had written Whoever it was claimed that somebody or someone HACKED into his or her accounts that he had put in the app Now I don t know if what he said was true but it scared me into deleting mine out of the app I simply hate it to have my accounts hacked It s like someone left them a back door for themselves to allow them to spy and hack into other people s accounts and see their personal life That is considered an invasion of privacy What s the purpose of making an app with protection for your user names and passwords if someone left them a back door to get in Unless someone has the right equipment and knows how to hack it can t be gotten into If the app maker of this app himself or themselves made the back door access I would have their hide It s like if you are going to create an app make it for the purpose it was made for NOT leaving YOURSELF a back door to get in and see other peoples accounts and passwords I thought I trusted you with this app NOT NO MORE But I ll have it on my phone for when my phone is disabled from all connections to the Internet The only way that that rating will go up is if a branch of higher government that is TRUSTED takes control of this app and puts the highest level of encryption possible to it for users around the world     WARNING WARNING Black Magic5683

I personally like this app I ve purchased 100 s of apps in the Apple App Store and this is my first review I ve ever written The price is a little too much however I m pleased I like the fact that one click takes you to the website you want to log into any website you need a user name and password automatically I do have software on my iMac that does this glad I found this for my iPad If your in the need of this kind of software GET IT Again it is over priced but works real nice                     Handy App Southwind Studio

The app worked great on my old phone and when I uploaded it again to my new phone it is completely brand new without any of my information I uploaded the app to my iPad and it loaded just fine When I follow the instructions to back up and restore and NOTHING happens Then that email that they want us to email them for support is invalid If the WaveWang creators would like to assist those who are having the same types of issues that would be very professional and i know I will feel less disappointment about wasting my money on the pro and possibly restore faith in apple and their apps all together             The app works but can not backup and restore CarolDuckett

I just purchased the full version of this app for passwords today I really liked it until I went to double check on the backup and restore functionality of it When I type in the information that is gives me it says server not found I then tried to email us through the app and it comes back with a permanent failure email telling me the email is not valid I do not want to go through all the work of putting all of my passwords into this app and risk losing or having my ipad break and not being able to retrieve all of the information Can you please double check this and let me know how it works as far as retrieving data if it ever gets lost Thank you for your time it is appreciated     Awesome UNTIL Genesis4me

I purchased and downloaded this app a little more than a week ago so that I could keep track of all my passwords The first passwords that I stored were my email passwords Since then my email accounts have been HACKED Now I cannot prove that it was this app that was responsible however I can say honestly that I have never before had my email hacked I have not used any other apps for storing my passwords If you download this app do so with CAUTION It has areas to provide other usernames and passwords Some of these are for Bank Accounts and Credit Cards DO NOT provide any account numbers to this app Again I cannot prove that it was this app but to have had my email hacked within a week of downloading this app seems more than coincidence I have now had to change all of my passwords and information Thankfully I never provided more than usernames and passwords     CAUTION JoeTN3
