Does the very basic of notes taking per patient per date The apps primitive interface should render it free There is no security code for the data the iPhone security isnt enough if you hand you phone to someone for a callgame If you are interrupted during data entry a call or text you respond to your entry is lost even though the app stays active in the background Too basic Non secure
This could be a useful app but it doesnt indicate or give any instructions about how to make it HIPPA compliant Without that Im not going to get much use out of it Could be very useful
