Just got it As another reviewer said the first job went swimmingly The other three hung there I ended up canceling them then trying to re extract them They hung again I canceled and what appeared to be failure worked saving my txt files where I wanted them If you want something cheap that may or may not work this is the software possibly for you buggy wonky barely works but works KayGeeGee
I had a PDF that was a scan It was fairly long and would have taken me some time to retype it I did not want to spend a lot of money on something I would use occasionally This software was affordable and worked perfect Over 12 000 words were converted in a few seconds Worked Perfect Hi-8
Had a number of documents scanned to jpg I was able to get one document converted to text although I strangely needed to cancel the OCR process because it seemed to hang The other OCR attempts all hung indefinitely Otherwise easy enough to use Just couldn t get it to work with basic english typed documents Didn t work apana68
