The Pelco Mobile™ is now available as a free download on Apple Store for both iPhone and iPad owners.The application is available in multiple languages: English, Spanish. It weighs in at only 3.9 MB to download. It is highly advisable to have the latest app version installed so that you don`t miss out on the fresh new features and improvements. The current app version 1.1 has been released on 2014-11-25. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. Tried the demo systems and all of them show failed to connect not a good sign for a commercial grade system I ve been trying for several days to see the demos before I recommend a 12 site upgrade for our company     Demo Failed BernieLowmax78

Thanks to a recent update this app has provided a means to check my system at anytime As you can image this convenience can be a godsend if you don t have access to a computer or WIFI system at all times Thank you to the development crew for fixing the issues in a timely fashion                 A useful tool Stukvccgjk

App has not worked for a week Customer service said it was ready to launch with bug fixes but that obviously hasn t happened Hopefully things get up and running soon when you start to use an interface for your business and it is taken away it makes you question if you picked the right company system     Pelco app ohduh

version 3 2 3 this update is broken The app will freeze trying to connect to the demo systems I found that if I go into airplane mode I am able to launch the application and add my systems After taking out of airplane mode the cameras do work until the next time that I close the application Even if I remove the demo systems the application will always re add them on launch and will crash the application The only way to effectively get into the app is to be in airplane mode first     Broken Update updated Nopyobe

I use the app because my company uses a Pelco NVR Am 100 happy with Pelco s NVR software and their support staff But the Pelco Mobile app is slow and clunky You cannot pinch zoom video like is available on even cheap DVR mobile apps Right now I cannot view my company s security cameras remotely because the app locks up on startup which is a big problem If the app actually worked I would give it 4 stars     Does not work with iOS 11 gwh731

Haven t even added my system to the app yet I m just trying to view the demo systems and the app is constantly locking up sometimes to the point where even pressing the home button won t exit out of the app I have to wait for the app to time out and crash before I can get back to using my phone Also app won t even get past splash screen when Pelco servers are down It eventually times out and then the app just closes The app should not be dependent on Pelco servers to be up in order to be used     Not impressed dg3274

On iOS the virtual PTZ control for a 360 Grandeye camera is almost unusable     Poor PTZ control on 360 Grandeye ALT-B
