Can it be that the digital version is so fancy it is fraught with problems Like so many others I struggle to download issues especially since December I also receive The Week and I download it seamlessly I have to renew in two weeks Should I Its likely not worth the hassle     Too fancy for your own good

When will these people quit asking you to Rate and Review an app you JUST DOWNLOADED you dont even get a chance to look at anything and they want a review Well today is a bad day and seeing this request just about infuriated me so they are going to get a substandard rating simply for stupidity yall weve got to have a chance to at least SEE and or UTILIZE the product your asking us to rate     TOO EXPENSIVE

the app is awesome especially if youre looking to have some chill time I really like the articles and the photos I enjoy reading it                 Great app Really fun

App does not update to current issue under newsstand Keeps showing the 40th anniversary issue special issues Ill be removing the app from my iPad     Bad app

I have Rolling Stone magazine and The New York Times which update and download with no problems ever People magazine is the opposite Whats their problem     So Annoying

I have been a People magazine subscriber for years and have had no problems downloading issues until recently Now the only option is to BUY them each weekwhich is ridiculous since I already have confirmed active digital subscription I have tried all the fixes customer service suggests and its a complete waste of time as none of them work People lets fix this and give me the magazines I purchased or else my money back     Cant download issues anymore

People no longer will download digital free for subscribers The are charging 50 extra an issue I too have enjoyed my digital people when I have been out of town or away from my written copy After several attempts to fix the app I went to People digital help on line and learned they are now charging Boo     Digital wont download

Can not download when I have a subscription and it says my digital is activated I have tried so many times Im done     Can not download when I have a active subscription

So fed up with this I am a subscriber with a digital account Every few weeks this app decides not to give me the latest issue telling me that I need to either buy or subscribe I reenter my information on the sign in page only to be told you already have an active digital account But when I go back to he library it says buy or subscribe Its like the library page and the subscription page just dont connect Come on People This shouldnt be so hard     Endless loop no access

I deleted this app off my phone Every time I look at it a video keeps popping up and playing the video changes every few days What annoyed me today is that it was a commercial for a TV show and the character said something about a mans penis Can you at least make your commercials rated G Im sitting next to my little kids and they hear that and start asking What are you watching No thanks     I dont want to hear Mans P when Im sitting next to my young kid

Although I have a subscription cant download digital copy Very disappointing Not sure I will resubscribe     Wished I could access it

Cannot download issues although paid and verified digital access subscriber app forces me to pay full price to view Worthless app and customer service is of no help     Awful

Issue As of 61515 my digital version of People mag no longer reflects the digital extra features such as video trailers interviews audio samples etc that I paid for After 3 calls 4 different customer service reps 3 completely different explanations and nearly an hour of my time Im now waiting for a call from Supv Robert This is unacceptable I informed CSR Dawn that I wanted to cancel my subscription for a full refund which she claimed wasnt an option since Ive changed banks since paying the renewal last Feb 2015 I am now in the process of filing complaints with the FTC Attorney General CPA and BBB in an attempt to get my refund For the hundreds of negative reviewers of the digital People magazine I suggest you do the same Maybe that will get Time Inc CEO Joe Ripps attention     No more digital extra features

I have been a People Magazine subscriber for many years While I enjoy their printed publication their app is one of the worst Ive seen I have contacted their support team numerous times for the same issue when I log into my account I am still prompted to pay for each issue again before I can view it in their app This issue has persisted for years across numerous upgrades of the app In short the app almost never works as it is supposed to making it completely unusable and worthless This app has one purpose and consistently fails to perform that one purpose     Consistently Horrible App

Come on People You say you read every review so listen to what your customers are saying and fix your APP I have the digital subscription and havent had access since NOVEMBER Your response to delete and reinstall doesnt work So frustrating     No digital issues since November

I enjoy the electronic version so much that I just cancelled the print copy I have been receiving for over 40 years                 Look Forward to each Issue

Even though I have printed subscription and the app says I also have digital access it will not download current issues It just keeps putting me through and endless loop of logging in and verifying my account Do not purchase this app     Not working

I hate that you cant just see the captions now in Star Tracks One of the reasons I use the app is so I can quickly turn pages and now there isnt a way to see the captions without tapping Horrible enhancement     Hate icons in star tracks

I have been a print subscriber of People since 1975 I also have digital access but I am having perennial problem downloading the current weekly issues Each time I try to do this I am unable to get the current issue on the Library screen I am asked to buy the issue for download Why is this problem still unresolved It happened once before with the NY Times but NYT resolved it with me not going through the App Store for the app and just going directly to the NYT site Why cant People resolve this        People Magazine

Paid 5499 for the subscription but it wouldnt download any of the individual issues Had to be refunded my money after several months of no issues What a rip off Dont bother     A Terrible App

If your print subscriber and you get logged in youll soon get logged out The application is awfully buggy For me now it doesnt work     Print subscription login doesnt work

Fraudulent is the best description for how they have now taken away digital access for all access subscribers Beware when renewing your subscription as the terms have changed They dont make you aware of the changes until after you renew I am highly disappointed in people magazine after being a loyal subscriber for years I will just buy select paper issues from now on     Fraudulent

With the amount spent on this subscription it should walk my dog and clean my house The app has stopped downloading new issues time after time It is so frustrating I wonder if People staff read these reviews I also subscribe to Entertainment Weekly and no problems Its the same parent company Fix the problem     What a joke

Like the others I had trouble accessing my subscription as it asks u to purchase what youve already paid for To get around that you simply have to enter information that is printed on the magazine mailing label Then youre good to go My only complaint is that you cant read the magazine in landscape mode It would make it so much more convenient especially if I want to read on my iPhone           Works well for me except
