I was a user of the free version for quite a while Recently upgraded to pro version and am loving it Samples are great and interface is very responsive and easytouse Would like to see labels added to each instrument at the top of the screen like screen shots show Another nice to have feature would be dynamic velocity support like several other apps now have to control volume of strikes              Love the options

I play xylophone in my school band and this really helps me when I dont have access to a real xylophone Great                 This is great

This app sounds great I only wish you could change the first note on the scale to whatever key you choose to play in so you could access more notes in all scales especially when practicing 3rds on the scales perhaps In an update Otherwise sounds greatwell done and reasonable price              Great jobbut

This is an ideal music app for the iPad Touch response and sound quality are both excellent I actually enjoy playing this more than the more expensive keyboard apps Great valuehighly recommended                 High quality music making app

This is really great app Its simple and does exactly what it says it does There are no latency problems at all I teach my little ones different scales chords and play guess that song Overall really happy with it I was reading some of the reviews below and was confused by the ones that were so demanding Its99 cents Great job developer looking forward to the update                 Cool and Fun App

These instruments play very well No latency issues Looks good sounds good What else do you want I might like a little more range or more mallet options in the future Great work though in keeping it simple and focused                 Nicely done

Needed a basic sound to use live instead of tracking down a couple of real xylophones This worked very well Same price as an app called Mallets but better sound and options as well as better graphics Good responsiveness and playability                 Great app thanks

For some reason most of the time when I open this app I hear no soundI have an iPad 2 It bothers me mostly because thats the only purpose of this appto create sound So really it should be a no star ratingbut if I go and play a song real quick and then Go back to the app it spazzes out for a sec then starts working Fix this bug please And the marimba could be a little betterotherwise its Great           Not bad when it works

Despite the fact that I was very dissapointedIm going to try and be as fair as possible The app looks great and to the Iimited degree I messed with it it responds wellThe glockenspiel sounds the best the rest of the Instruments sound like toysThere needs to be some dry sounds w no reverbas well as soft malletsThis is why I hope in the near future Apple will start having product demos or soundbites in the storetrust me they already know whats up        Looks good but

no longer seems to produce sound on latest os ipad air other apps do produce sound     no longer working

Some people have LOST their minds This is a great looking and sounding app that is ONE DOLLAR Perhaps if it was a THOUSAND dollars you could have those complaints but it is ONE dollar For ONE dollar it is a GREAT value and a very cool app To get 4 well designed instruments for ONE dollar is pretty amazing and something that really has never been done before Dont let the haters hate Kudos TMP                 Wow

The sounds are great and the interface is very userfriendly The only thing I would suggest is that instead of switching octaves make it so you can slide along the keyboards in order to reach the range that you want                 Fantastic

I would give it five stars if the response was touch sensitive              Really nice but

I payed 2 dollars for only having the five mallets and nothing else and there are not enough octaves for me to play the songs I want Kinda dissapointed        Not enough

Wow that is one awful vibraphoneim guessing you guys are more the Classical music type It should probably be an octave lower and have a slower vibration Still four stars because this is a great application and the other sounds rock its super responsive etc              Great app bad vibes

Great app but my students are going to use this app to practice at home our school received a grant where every student is issued their personal iPad during the school year and I would like to have an option to turn on and off the note labels on the bars It would force them to learn the note patterns I hope you can make this available in your next update              Note labels

Please a Orff instruments Contrabass bars Bass xylophone and metallophone Alto xylophone and metalophone and soprano xylophone and metallophone Alto and soprano glockenspiels All instruments are an octave and a half CA except bass bars that are CB no octave Leave off chromatics except allow Fs and Bbs to changes from natural Tons of teachers would buy this app then I am wanting to use it with a student with autism who is too withdrawn to participate with his class playing instruments He would be able to play with the class using the iPad away from his peers              Orff Instruments

Cant get this app to be audible at all     No sound

Ive bought a lot of musical instrument apps This sounds great in all its well designed instruments and I have a lot of fun with it                 Love It

I bought this app despite there not being any demos of it and wish I had waited Overall it is an okay app with a beautiful design but if it does not improve with future updates I will probably delete it This is not the app you want if youre looking for a good kalimba or a lot of range in the instruments at least not yet If you just want to tinker around and make cartoon sound effects or play nursery rhymes and stuff youll enjoy it Pros No latency problems like some other apps Fun to tinker around on No crackles or weird sounds in the xylophone type instruments Looks great Simple and well put together Cons The kalimba is absolutely horrendous I cant stand it at all The sounds are just terrible It doesnt sound like a professional instrument at all it sounds like a badly constructed cheap tin toy Its also laid out and has a range unlike any kalimba Ive come across which may not mean anything The animations of which tines youre playing is also really jagged and odd The xylophone type instruments are all higher pitched without lower registers There are no deep rich tones No way to control length of tone Only one type of strikemallet Neutral The xylophone type instruments sound rather cartoony because of their range and the type of strikemallet If thats what youre looking for its fine but if you want to play something that doesnt sound like a cartoon sound effect this probably isnt the app you want Not yet anyway I really hope that future updates will address some of the issues and add additional and better sounding instruments I would also suggest the developer put the instrument list inside a menu instead of a bar across the top and use that space to add range to the instruments           Overall its okay

I love the sound of marimbas xylophones etc and this fits the bill fine for a small lap top mallets instrument Also like the softhard mallet choices                 Super
