I bought the paper subscription and was supposed to get it free for my iPad I downloaded it and sign in but it is NOT free Dont know whats up but Im tired of messing with it Great idea but it doesnt work

The only problem I have with this app is that you cant download previous magazines it always says it cant connect to the server Ive subscribed to this magazine for 6 years it seems I should be able to access issues from a few months ago Good app
I am a print subscriber and I am unable to log in even after following the instructions within the app They need to debug it Cannot log in
This app comes free for subscribers and has the content of the regular magazine It also has additional audio files expanded photos and even a few extra photos of some houses and artists Works fine for me with no problems Love this App

Annoying ap had to call magazine to work it out husband is computer tutor and it really tried his patience Good thing is extras in some stories and looks good on the pad Bctucson
I am a print subscriber of PHG however this application does not currently authenticate my account login Both the developer and app support refer back to the PHG website for customer support but when I called customer support they claimed that they do not support the app and Id have to contact Apple for support Not a truly auspicious lunch I hope this is fixed soon because the magazine is generally excellent Not yet working for print subscribers

My email from PHG provided log in info and after downloading app and entering usernamepassword only options I have are to buy subscriptions which Ive already paid forwth Cant view it
Love having a copy on my iPad but it has taken at least 45 minutes to download and a couple of magazines over an hour to download This would not be as much of an issue except you CANNOT use your iPad for anything else during the download 50 minutes is TOO long to Download

The app has a problem opening the magazines you have purchased In other words they have your money and you have nothing Oh thats not true It did open their free magazine and nothing else Even one star is too many Arizona sad
The app wont let me download the June issues Keep getting the message that I need to download the latest update even though I did Upgrade doesnt work

This is the best southwest magazine on new stands I have subscribed to many magazines from BHG to Dwell and this magazine is one that I consistently recommend and purchase for my friends as well Highly recommended Great Magazine
I have been very disappointed with this app It wont let me download the magazine as it needs the updated app which doesnt exist Someone needs to get their app together before I cancel my subscription Going on week 2 of this nonsense Jclrn

Spoke with Phoenix Home and Garden prior to the New Year they stated that I would have to call back after the first of the year to gain access Spoke with them on January 3rd and they claim that it is an Apple issue not theirs Try to run the app and it keeps referring my to take a subscription out I have been and continue to be a print subscriber My Apple ID does not work and NO assistance from PHG magazine seems to be forthcoming Very Disappointing Does not work
Works great I get the digital before the print version When a relative gave us a subscription after we signed up I just called and the nice staff added the gift subscription to my time Fan

Ive never written a review on any app ever But I felt compelled to write a review for the Phoenix Home Garden app today Ive been a subscriber of this magazine for years Its my all time favorite magazine I look forward to its arrival each every month When my husband bought me a new iPad this weekend I decided to try out the app To my delight amazement I loved the app so much I spent the entire afternoon going through the different issues thank goodness its Sunday Theyve done a phenomenal job with the content which even includes video If youre a fan of Southwest design please stop reading reviews get this app Its a must in my opinion Unbelievable
Well put together and works like a charm My only suggestion for improvement would be the ability to add appointments to iPad calendar directly from the Calendar and Gallery Row sections and provide links to websites and phone contacts included in the articlesadds etc Now THAT would really be useful Great app
When new issues are available they do not show up on the app I have not been able to see them since March I suspect their server turns itself off and i need to log in and out to get the new issues Problem with this you need your print issue to do this Sometimes it works
I love this App I have subscribed I this magazine for probably 10 years and am now enjoying the app that is included with my subscription It is great to be able to access my magazine on the go with my iPad The colors in the photos absolutely pop on the screen But I still enjoy my magazine so I can tear out photos of ideas I like Beautiful photos

The June issue doesnt download with the app says the app is too old for June issue and there is no update UPDATE GREAT Job in getting the corrections in place only 1 week still good job and response time June issue doesnt download
