There are a few effects I like to use I come from old 35mm where you put filters on adjusted exposure time etc All these effects can make anyone a photographer if used well This App does many great things One I like very much is being able to colorize a photo I was able to change a blue colored background to a beautiful green Enough said with many great framing apps this app does more I recommend it to change colors other effects easily Thank you Very Good
This app has a lot of very useful tools I just get trapped in a screen sometimes and dont know how to get backI guess its a learning curve Has potential but frustrating

Photo Splash FX is a wellcoded app and applying the effects takes no time at all Pinchtozoom zooming panel while drawing and screen rotation features are highly appreciated and handy on the small screen of the iPhone Now that the maximum output resolution is increased Im going to test it with larger images and compare the result I like the idea of choosing the output resolution though Impressive Splash Effect App
This is a different sort of color splash app that lets you add one effect to your selected part of the photo and a different effect to the rest The masking you need to do in order to accomplish this is a bit crude because there is no option to have your mask snap to the edges of a colored region I havent used it a lot yet but so far it looks like a solid 3star app Edit 318 I just realized the ridiculously low resolution the app puts out It turned a 12 MP photo into a 08 MP photo Useless for me but it has potential Add different effects to different parts of a picture

Photo Splash FX is unexpectedly good and doing fine as PhotoShop replacement on iOS I am very happy with it If you save or export after some fuzzy looks picture then on the Resolution button in the Save screen you can turn up the output quality Very satisfied Its good
