The idea behind Picstroom is great an aggregator for photos However it still needs lots of work The tool bar can be set to float so it will appear on the screen where you tap However depending where on the screen you tap some tools wont work or they appear overlapping other tools Reported these a long time ago and they still havent been addressed Great idea but buggy inconsistent
