App does what it says Places a caption at bottom of picture You have NO choice of where it goes Also when you save the picture with caption it keeps the tabs at top on the picture I wont be using this app Not worth the 99c Seems new
The most backwards app Ive seen yet You cant change font size super tiny Wouldnt show entire caption which was not long and couldnt even scroll to read the rest Saved picture has the menu icons saved on picture as well FAIL Useless

This app needs work Cant change position it stretches out your pictures so they do not look the same and the tabs are left in the picture after you save This is far from worth 99 Crap
