I can only give 3 stars This app is a great tool to monitor your accounts But the latest update and with the ability to get a quick balance it will log you out for security reasons Great That s perfectly fine but let me log back in It will not bring the login screen up or allow you to reset the app without shutting off your phone That needs to be fixed             Log out Bell7ower

Hey once again this app should receive zero stars Even though the new update came out and was supposed to fix the bugs Here i am trying to look and work with MY money and the application keeps saying a system error occurred then they want me to call that number to speak to some rag head that doesnt speak english Good job pinnacle bank You prevent me from getting to my own money on my phone i can go to a bank that has functioning services Just thought i would warn future customers that this bank has many problems besides this app NEVER working Maybe you should have helped with this problem and i wouldn t have to warn people Take this seriously     WORTHLESS Rockhardt

Everytime I try and login the app asks me a thousand different security questions that I ve never set up For example what street did your best friend live on What was the ciry of your vacation home Questions that don t even make any sense Very frustrating I d give this app zero stars if I could     Worthless DaddyDickum15

It works fine when I m connected to wifi but when I try using it when no wifi connection is available it says my data for it is shut off I go to turn it on and there is no option to turn it on It worked perfectly fine before I updated it     Won t work with data Shailee Michaels
