The app worked great until it started updating Now it is useless A piece of junk Worthless Get something else     absolute junk

Ive used this app for a year and up until recently Ive been extremely happy with it I never thought Id have to leave it a negative review I had to back up restore my phone a few days ago After doing that and logging in a lot of my information was lost Whats the point of having us sign up for an account if youre going to lose our information anyway I emailed them twice and have yet to hear back Another problem is that my balances on the account page have been different than the balances that I end with on each account The bottom left number on each account clearly shows the correct amount so Im not sure why the page that shows all your balances is wrong Lastly the settings that I choose for default categories always reverts back to the default when I leave the app     Glitchy unreliable

I have been using this app for about 2 years and it has been great till I recently upgraded to os 84 and unfortunately my data is lost Some are available some not Some of my recent data are synced and some are not The result is a bunch of useless figures Please let me know     Os update ruined my data

I want to start out by saying that I actually like this application Unfortunately it has too many ANNOYING POP UPS Im actually in the market to purchase a financial application but it just doesnt allow you to try it out much before you buy the proversion with all the pop ups           TOO MANY POP UPS

Just got the app when I go to adjust the budgets and select all the icons I want to save and start out with there is no option to save back out or do anything I have to close out the app completely and get back in Is this a bug or am I missing something     Q1u2e3

I almost spent the 5 for this app because I really liked it Then they added video ads which I felt was pressuring me so I decided not to buy it Now they have you create an account before you can see your data and they dont even tell you about it in their product description Ive moved on and bought Money Pro for 99 cents when it was on sale        Moving on

The new update is awful Information that Ive been logging for over a year I now cannot access without signing up for an account No forewarning and no chance to opt out And judging by the other reviews my data will probably be gone even if I signed up anyways I relied on this app and have now lost over a yearsworth of data I liked the app and used it often but now I will have to find a new one since I object to having my data held hostage until I create an account If the app wants to offer the option of creating an account for backup purposes that is fine but to suddenly hijack everyones data in this way is a terrible business policy I cannot recommend this app since your data will not be secure     Terrible update

My biggest complaint and the reason why I cant give this app more than 3 stars is because 1 you can not see your account balances on any given day of the month by using the calendar I mean I have to pull out my calculator to see what my Balence is and if I will have enough money on any given day 2 the billing feature are nothing but a reminder section of the app It would be nice if you could set reoccurring bills and have it populate on the calender Other wise whats the point 3 setting reoccurring checking events do not populate on the calendar until the day arrives How can u get a good financial out look if u cant easily see whats coming up until it arrives I dont even know if the reoccurring features work because it is absent from all the graphing and monthly Balancing 4 I in app upgraded to the pro version yet I still only have the regular version All the features are the same        Need help

This is one of the worst apps It is developed by a small company that offers practically no support There is no way to back up your data to your computer The new version will lock you out of your info The app will not sync with across other device like iPhone iPad computer If you modify the default account it will erase your data If you modify the catalog of accounts payees etc it will erase your data     Terrible app

As a high school student I am on a budget This app is everything I couldve ever wanted I get all my expenses filled out very easily and see where Im spending and stay within my budget a lot easier But the ads get in the way              Very handy

Since the update Im unable to access any of the data that I NEED Cant login wont send an email to reset password Very unhappy that I PAID for an app that I cant use And that I cant access all the reports I NEED Please fix issue asap I NEED HELP PLEASE     Fail

Way to take an app that we paid for originally to avoid the ads in the free version make an update that implements ads to the paid version delete the old free version changing this version to the new free one and make an new ad less upgraded version that you have to pay for again Nice job     Dirty tricks

I hate that the update requires a password and account I loved that it wasnt connected to any kinds of accounts elsewhere Im definitely removing it now and restoring the old version     hate Hate HATE update

I purchased the app some months ago to avoid the obnoxious adds Fair enough I use the app I am more than happy to give the creator some money for the service he renders me What bugs me today is that my app keeps crashing after the last update and I got no answer to my email asking for support I am disappointed by the lack of response and would love to give an excellent review in exchange for a sign from the support team Please just let me know that the crashing issue will be fixed next update that is all I need to know I would hate to have to change app because of a technical problem And the app as it is right now is useless to me And I use it everyday And I put some money into buying the pro version Thanks MP     The app keeps crashing after the last update No answer from developer

Ive used this app for about a year and it was fantastic The ads started and that sucked but I could deal And it crashes sometimes but I could deal with that too But recently my balances dont match up The balance on my transaction screen is different than the balance that shows next to my account Not sure how to fix that and Ill have to go to a new app if it doesnt correct itself I needed this app so I could see my balances at a glance If they are not trustworthy then the purpose is defeated           Great app but

Everything was working just fine until the sudden change to use Parse Since the transition Ive lost weeks of data had some of my remaining past transactions messed up and now Default Account keeps showing up and mess up my other accounts Why Oh why        Last update is a mistake

This app was a game changer for me I tried so many apps to help me get myself organized but they were all so difficult to navigate This app is so user friendly and it even makes budgeting dare I say enjoyable for me So thank you app developers                 Life saving

Well I been using this app is pretty good but I hate the adds so I bought the pro and I cant seem to update all the info to the newer version              Pretty good

I like it a lot however way too many ads Cant u put it on top or bottom of the screen Evertime I open the app or do anything an ad disrupts me So annoying           Ads grr

Real reviewAt first I praised this app until the last update that made you log in but it didnt recognize my log in info Emailed customer support and they say they will get back shortly in their bio but its three days and then dont answer your question and ask you more questions and you have to ask again via email Again three to four days later they reply So usual response time I got is over a week No phone support which true biz owners need So a lot of people lost their data in the last update I was able to get mine back but immediately transferred all my data to Quickbooks for 10 a month Better feeling of security and great phone support So believe the saying you get what you pay for here I dont even think I would track my personal stuff with this either You lose your info and they dont take the extra step to help the customer     Business owners DO NOT GET

Do NOT use this app There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE They are located in Hong Kong have tons of mediocre apps and no support department I had all my data with them They logged me off on the last update and they dont send the email giving you new password or instructions No way to email them they dont respond So all my info is lost     Logged me off and cant log in

I loved this app when I first got it more than a year ago Then they started selling advertising in the app This didnt bother me too much its business and its how they make money ok But then the adds got bigger and more annoying so that was a big turn off Now after the latest update all my data is gone which I really needed for reference and Ive got to create an account with them Why is that necessary I want to be able to keep my expenses logged without having to tie my identity to them its just not a smart thing So Ill probably delete this app and look for another one     This app is moving in a bad direction

Along with everyone else I am extremely irritated that they now force you to create an account in order to use the app I paid the IAP for this now i cant even use it without creating a stupid account that i dont want     Gave them my money this is how they treat me

The most recent update fixed the syncing with Drop Box issue I was unhappy when the issue came up but was happy to see the issue promptly addressed I had tried other expense tracking apps in the past and this is the best one I have tried                 Update fixed syncing issue

After weeks of emails poor response from the support they now admit that the app does not allow export to the Pro paid version     Frustrating poor support No transfer ability of records to paid version

This WAS a great app I selected this one because my data was on the phone and not on a remote server security was the phone Now I need another login and password Nope Im not going use this any more until previous functionality is restored Will likely delete the app if this is not resolved in the next update     Now a login

The recent update that now requires me to establish an account has locked me out of my data I expressly dont want to put my financial data in the cloud Forcing me to do so as many others have noted is underhanded Why not give users a choice Appxy you must fix this     My data are hostage

I paid the 599 to remove ads The ads are still here and the app doesnt seem to recognize that Ive made a purchase at all I would have given this a positive rating if not for the empty promise Unacceptable     Paid to remove ads Ads remain

Very disappointed with latest update where developer forced cloud sharing on existing users to expose their sensitive financial information When new update is coming You must add cloud login as optional     Disappointing never trust such developers
