Polar Flow – Activity & Sports Analyzing

Will not sync with my M400 which I love It connects and says syncing but always fails Super annoying     Wont sync

If I could give it no stars I would I cant even sign into the app let alone use it to sync my watch and my phone Keep getting the same message Service not available Contacted polar and they said the app is currently under maintenance but it seems like that is always the case with this app Too bad because I love my A300 and it would be nice to use this app Hopefully they will at some point finally resolve the ongoing issues     App is unusable therefor useless and a waste of space on my phone

The 6S is out and still no support for Apples latest phone screens The iPhone 6 has been out for a year already     Please update with iPhone 6 display support

Downloaded most recent app update and now I cannot sync my loop 2     New update

The watch itself is pretty reliable but unfortunately their iOS software is pretty lame There are several little bugs in it but that just indicates lazy designers who dont understand how people interact with their software eg The first thing the App does is to try syncing with the web which means you have to wait about a minute after launching the App even if it just sync hed a minute ago Anyway the big hassle with this App is its random frequent requirement to sign in Dudes come on Do you really think we need DEFCON3 type security protection on how many steps I took yesterday Please sign me in automatically at least until I reboot the phone or something Anyway I wish you guys get some real App developers to have a look at your App        Keeps requiring user to sign in

Service is always unavailable It never remembers my login information And when it does login It cant connect and service is unavailable This app needs much needed work and updates        Poor poor poor

The app works well on its own even though I have to sign back in more often than Id like My issue with it is that it doesnt sync with mfp anymore I hope it gets fixed soon since it boasts it has that capability        Ok but doesnt sync with mfp

I think this app and the polar loop is a great concept however the app is more frustrating then what its worth It crashes almost every time Im using it and I need to resign in every time Additionally when Im signed in it will all of the sudden log me out and when I try to resign in it tells me service not available ease try again later service seems to never be available     Frustrating

I love my watch but hate this app I can never sync the watch to the app on my iPhone but it will sync with the app on my iPad Tried everything     Cant sync with my watch

Polar doesnt have a CTO apparently Bugs without fixes go on for weeks with nothing done Nothing but problems and frustrations if you want to sync data to your computer or another app Seriously Polar hire come competent people and get your act together     Simply Worthless

I have been trying to sync my A300 most of the day and the app says its down The website is also down It is getting very frustrating that the app has issues that are taking forever to resolve They dont even have the courtesy to let us know what the problem is or how long they expect the site to be down     App Site down AGAIN

When it works it is great but that is rare Especially in the last couple weeks     Works 15 times I try it

I really hoped I would like Polar Flow It was easy to set up and wears comfortably I have been continuously using it about 3 months The down side is the app and the website The website is frequently down When the app tries to sync and fails you get a screen requesting you to sign in again It is set up to make you think the problem is with YOUR device and not with THEIR websitesoftware Great device Website fail        Service is DOWN yet AGAIN

Since update have had nothing but issues No longer syncs with MFP constantly have to log back into the app and have had numerous sync failures between app and A300 I wish Polar would get their stuff together This is making me seriously rethink purchasing a FitBit     Sigh

I loved this until it quit syncing with my fitness pal after the last update Its so frustrating that it wont sync Please fix this     Aggravated

Polar flow has a nice tool for tracking your route when running however it does not do a good job of keep an accurate elevation record use it in conjunction with M400 Polar flow and Apple Health do not communicate well I set up the link between them and Apple Health recorded the first few workouts but stopped after that Apple Health also is not importing sleep data and number of steps neither polar flow nor apple health communicate and share data well with one another Overall my polar health has been ok and fixing these bugs would really be beneficial        Nice but room for improvement

Since the upgrade my Loop and the app wont sync reliably Each day has gotten worse Now the only way I can sync to the app is to sync to my computer first Not very helpful for tracking purposes        Upgrade didnt help

The app connects great and syncs quickly The only problem I have is that the app wont let me stay signed in I have to type my username and password every time I open the app              Almost fault free

I am a new user I have to log back in every time I open app I also am being told I have an invalid usernamepassword when trying to sync MapMyRun app This is incorrect Please fix           Loginusername problems

This app is worth about 35 stars for me I like its functions but there are a few things that are a little unintuitive Full screen button on the map not obvious hard to tap the little heart when two are close together syncing in incredibly slow Biggest problem occasional failed syncs occasional random sign outs           Good but needs improvement

Login timeouts therefore no time to move notifications via ap Need to constantly login when launching ap or going to ap while running in background Polar Loop firmware is 243           Login Timeouts

A loved one of mine is a software developer so I usually dont write harsh reviews unless they are genuinely deserved I feel this one however is This app is horrible It logs me out about every other day and when I sync my polar loop to it half the time it does not capture all the data This app along with my polar loop belong in the trash        Garbage

Loop not syncing at all just leaves a void on the app It happened 4 times since the upgradeall get is stupid airplane mode Looks like I have done nothing for half the day And no longer works with my fitness pal        Bad recent upgrade

Polar flow is buggy and lack analytic features that are standards on other fitness apps on App Store I hope to use it to sync my v800 but have lost data in several occasions Since strava porting is not available until year end I have to export my activities via flow website Theres no good reason for me to use this app        Feels like a beta version

Used to love the compatibility between polar flow and MFP but the last update has lost that functionality and now seems to be moot        Bummer update

So far this app is just fine I love it Im not having the issues other people are It syncs flawlessly every single time I initiate it on the watch People complain about automatic syncing I do it myself so much I dont think it gets a chance to I just bought a polar M400 and am using this app in conjunction with the watch and the H7 heart rate monitor and the polar beat app I was scared to buy it because of all the terrible reviews So far so good Ive only had it a week so if anything bad happens like the USB port that people are complaining about the watch stops working or any trouble with the app I WILL update This watch really motivates me to do more physical activity It doesnt just focus on steps it gives you a percentage of total activity for the day This is a step up from just thinking about taking steps When I get an inactivity alert or if the days coming to to a close and I still dont have 100 activity then I dont just want to get up and walk to walk to reach a step count I want to do other more strenuous activity                 Great so far

I have to relog in every time to sync and it does not transfer my steps to my fitness pal I will probably go back to Fitbit     Frustrating

This is ridiculous It worked fine before the update Not sure what issues were addressed but it has created new ones for the consumer I am unable to sync with My Fitness Pal FIX IT     Fix This Version

Its really good at tracking all stuff but I wish you dont have to open the app to sync everything thats all and I wish they have a trainer for the watches with a plan                 Its good

Part of the reason I bought my A300 is because it synced with MyFitnessPal I have tried everything and I still cant get it to sync I wrote about it on Polars Facebook wall and all they did was send me directions on how to do what I already did Clearly I am not the only one who is having this issue so I am not sure why it hasnt been fixed     Boo

I went with the Polar loop 2 for its water proof features and the unique white band The app connection has never worked after continuous emails with suggestions I was told it was fixed after Aug 31 It does nothing at all Good as a watch and counter is all Could have spent less than 15 for the features I do have     Useless

Need to fix this app Was working great with myfitnesspal but since the last update they no longer sync together Very disappointed        Was a great app
