Takes forever to set up and it doesnt work most of the time Had a Hunter Douglas rep and three professional Hunter Douglas installers for 2 hours and it still doesnt work correctly For something so expensive you would expect more     Awful

Agree with other reviews setup takes time Ensure repeaters are paired with shade network Remaining annoying issue is the scheduled scenes very fragile and takes many setup attempts before all shades respond as expected Hunter Douglas work the bugs this stuff isnt cheap           Great potential but improvement needed

Cant get it to pair with anything and instruction manual is not helpful     Deserves no stars until they fix the setup

Between myself homeowner Hunter Douglas certified installer and Hunter Douglas phone support rep it literally took us 5 hours of trial and error to make this app work with the Hub pebble remote and repeater Unless and until this setup and install process is not easy for end user to install and setup on their own without support from anyone this app is useless The Hunter Douglas installer initially told me it was up to me set the hub up and make it work with the app After I refused to take on this responsibility he was kind enough to go through the process to make this work It was an installation nightmare Every time we tried to pair the app with the pebble remote it would fail It wouldnt discover any shades We had to then reset all shades to factory settings and go through a convoluted process to make the hub connect to the repeater app and pebble remote Once its setup and working it seems to be working fine There was one problem with the scene not working with one shade I was able to make it work by deleting the scene and setting it up again Overall a useless app and hub unless you can install the hub properly and make it communicate with your shades     Took 5 hours to make it work

Im loving this thing I felt the setup was straight forward and the interface between the App and the Hardware is impressive I have my shades on schedules going up before I head to workand back down right after I leave The scheduling feature allowed me to have them up before I get home from work and back down as I normally head to bed I found the customization programming was easy and fun colors and icons that make sense for scheduling morning and evening scenes by choosing coffecups and other icons Very cool The bedrooms in our house are all upstairs so its really fun to head downstairs and have the shades already in the up position and the sun beaming in I believe Ill have some energy savings opportunities in the Winter by tweaking my current settings All in all I would recommend this systemmaybe Im just more adept at setting these things up than others since Ive had similar programming experiences in setting up my thermostat wifi and home theatre system                 Amazing technology
