I have used this app for a number of years and it is perfect in its simplicity and userfriendly interface Ive lost count of the number of recommendations Ive made to friends whove come back to thank me Its priceless                 LongTime Fan

I thought I finally found the fully synced task manager but if I miss a task it will not continue to repeat to remind me within the calendar           Disappointed

The BEST to do app just got the ugliest makeover Ive had this app for 2 years and was excited to FINALLY see something new from you guys and this is what we get You give us nothing new and take 4 steps backwards on appearance Wish I could go back to the last version I live in this app and now I cant stand to look at it FAIL     Worst Update Ever

Should have known that the ever increasing daily crashes would result in this helpful app eating too much essential work and personal data Time for find another list keeper app     So much for this app

I love Priorities My wife and I use it every day After the most recent update I had trouble editing lists When I tried to add an item it just wouldnt stick I wrote to the developer this morning got an answer this afternoon which solve my problem and I noticed that he followed my suggestion to make an announcement about the problem and the fix on his website I am extremely pleased with this app especially the syncing across devices And you couldnt ask for more responsive developer                 The update was broken but fast response by the developer solved my problem

Ive been using Priorities for a long time and have been waiting for them to update it to match the look of the new systems and the wait was WORTH IT By far the best list app on the market and will always be my goto                 Perfect Update

This is one of the worst developerscompany I have come across in the App Store I normally dont write too much negative but these guys need to get a handle on their customer service This company Hand Carved or whatever they are called also had the app Occasions They then all of a sudden stopped updates for that app and came out with a new oneOccasions which you had to buy all over again Then they stopped updating that one too effective Sept 2013 People complained but they didnt bother I have personally emailed them a few times and no response These guys are in this for a quick buck You dont know when they will stop updates for this app Priorities and you will be left with what you have Dont waste your money here Give your money to a developercompany that cares These guys will only respond and update till their app sells BEWARE OF HAND CARVED CODE LLC        Dont waste your money STAY AWAY

This is a great app that is intuitive and easy to use It has many great features I have tried several todo list apps and this one is by far the best                 Best task list app

Couldnt be happier with this app its exactly what Ive always looked for in a task management app Ive purchased just about every single app on the iPhone and gave them all a fair shake none of them match this app in terms of usability Theres room for improvement but whats been done so far is fantastic                 Best in the market

This is a great app but the developers must sleep all day The latest update took them years to do and its horrible Now when you open the notes on your iPhone you cant see the text on the last line You have to open the note and press the return key If this doesnt get fixed I may have to find another app           Bad Update

Love this app Love being able to designate to do items to different customizable categories My only complaint is that you can not easily prioritize the to do list within each category maybe similar to the Franklin Planner system That would be a great upgrade                 My most used app ever

Whenever I look at other todo apps I always come back to using this one The iOS 8 redesign is great This app runs my life                 Beautiful Simple Intuitive and Fast

Only one layer of sub tasks no labels no complex sorting no interface with contacts everything too simplistic and UI is not convenient I downloaded it 5 minutes ago and wish I could get my money back because it clearly does not meet my needs This is really only good for grocery lists        Nothing special useless for projects and GTD

I have info associated with many of my tasks and the last line is not viewable unless I am editing Can you please fix                 Missing last line of info

Ive been using Priorities for two weeks now I have triedand in several cases used for a month or morelots of different todo apps Priorities is solid a pleasure to use with just the right blend of power and simplicity One feature request It would be great to be able to email search results                 Powerful simple usefulmy new favorite todo app

I have used a lot of task management apps in the past I stopped looking after I got Priorities two years ago Priorities does not have a lot of features that mostly make things complicated When you use Priorities your focus is on your work not on the Priorities app I use it every day I think it is brilliant                 Focus on your work not the App

Updating for 25 I love the clean new look Thanks for giving the app some love Old review Sure wish it was maintained and improved like in years past I fear having to abandon it as others catch up on easy functionality but with modern UI Its looking very iPhone 2007 A year with no update and not a peep from the developer I presume the day job turned out to pay better than spending time on this Id pay very good money for an update to freshen and address common requests Id pay REAL good money for a native Mac version Update August 10 2014 new idea for the developer if you are abandoning this maybe sell to another developer who can continue your great work I and many others would pay for an update                 My favorite app finally an update

I was beginning to think that Priorities my list making app that lives in my dock was no longer being supported BUT now its better easier to use much better looking                 Wow

I dread upgrading apps I depend on Im relieved to say that Priorities still works well and is still the best app available for what its designed for Managing my todo list is one of the top things I look for my device to do and Im extremely picky about how it should work After I switched to an iPhone I went through several list managers Including Toodledo which I tried hard to like given its popularity But in the end I discarded them all in favor of Priorities which I believe to be the best of the lot The app is designed for task management and it does that well Other apps throw in notes and other features which makes a mess of the user interface I need to be able to quickly create onetime adhoc tasks that are easy to mark completed and dismiss and I need to be able to create permanent repeating tasks using a variety of rules The advanced reoccurrence rules is what many of the lesser todo apps lack Above all I need one list of due and overdue tasks that loads quickly is easy to check off and has notification support It took a while for me to find it but Priorities is ideal for this                 Priorities is the best of the lot

I gave this app a 5star review a couple years ago and now I again want to commend the developers for continuing to support this topnotch app Priorities is a true gem Right now with so many of my good apps becoming mediocre after updates I am SO happy that this app remains solid stable and NOT CHANGED That is really important Priorities is very easy to learn yet it provides task management that easily competes with more expensive and complex apps Having online access is wonderful And I love the lighteningfast sync across iOS devices and web                 Best One Out There

I rely heavily on my To Do List to get things done today and in the future The best feature of this App is the ease in entering a new To Do entry and the ability to set a reminderalert A most desired enhancement is the ability to have a View of the To Do list only up until today or up until the next few days as I prefer not to see my future To Do list such as reminding me to make a follow up appointment in 6 months A nice feature of the App is to provide synchronization between say the IPhone and Ipad and ability to put the priorities in groups and sub groups Other less important enhancements include i being able to seerecover completed to dos ii being able to limit repeated reminders during sleep time thru general options and iii to have alerts without inputting a due time                 Great App

Beautiful interface Easy to use and the themes are nice Easy to think thru your tasks and lists on different pages then view your priority page to get to work I make a page for important people and projects Keeps things orderly in my mind                 Love this app

This to do application is the best I have found Believe me I have downloaded over 30 to do apps on my iPad and iPhone I keep coming back to this one I have now deleted all the others The only thing that was missing was a tag or context so I kept looking at other apps I finally came up with the perfect solution and it works wonderfully I simply use an Emoji for each context I need I put it at the end of the title line I use the house for home a little car for errands a briefcase for my work and an hour glass for waiting They work very well as you can see the pictures on the screen and quickly see tasks for where you are you can also search for the Emoji in the search feature and see all tasks with that emoji throughout your lists With that tip in place this is now the perfect app for me I repeat many of my projects so the templates are perfect for just hitting a button and having that project show back up as a list This app is very simple and very effective                 Best to do app Out there

Like many others Ive used love this app for years Love how easy useful it is and how it looks Well looked With the upgrade for iOS 8 this app lost its style is now plain boring PLEASE do another upgrade with options to change the look for those of us who have loved this app for years but hate its new look           Ugly ugly look with iOS 8 upgrade

First Im compelled to respond to those few who claim this developer releases an app then doesnt update it Thats grossly incorrect All you have to do is go to the Details tab when looking at the app in the app store scroll down to Version History and you can count 25 releases since Oct 2011thats about 8 releases a year including major x0 updates and minor xx0 tweaks And unlike other todo apps I own they havent charged us again for the x0 releases That said Im the kind of person who has to try every app in the store including paid apps before I can decide on the one I want and theres some really nice todos out there but I keep coming back to this one because of its power without losing its ease of use Ive always found its UI appealing and it still is however the latest update took that a couple steps backwards I loved the headings with texture and designs in them I understand getting all ios 7 compliant with the look but please give us the option to at least use the old designs Please Also I could certainly benefit from the capability to add a picture to an item For example the wife says go to the grocery store and get these 10 items and get these exact brands Adding a quick pic of the item to the list would be very useful Or maybe I have a page for my goals and some of those goals are material things Rather than new car or the name of the specific car a nice picture would be motivating when reviewing my goals Theres dozens of use cases and I cant be the only person who would love this feature In the end this is the todo app I keep coming back to so that pretty much says it all However I am constantly trolling the app store looking for an even better one              The best ToDo app but not perfect

Have been using Priorities for several years now where it has lived on my home screen from day one Love the simplicity and clean interface Provides the functionality I need and set up so it integrates directly into a Gmail calendar for viewing on every device Use it to track bills due work items GrouponLivingSocial due dates No reason to look elsewhere A couple of suggestions for enhancements to increase usefulness 1 integration to the Notification Window with a widget showing items due and ability to check when complete and 2 Ability to tie individual lists to separate calendars ie Work tasks Finance tasks Personal tasks etc                 Simple interface makes managing tasks easy

Priorities Is one of my most reliable heavily used appssinking between devices is flawlesscant say enough good about this appadditionally love the syncing with Calendars                 Awesome

Hello I have a problem with app Priorities password input When i opens app entering password then close app and open it after several seconds a keyboard isnt view so I cant enter password Please fix it OS iOS 84 Device Apple iPhone 6                 Password input bug

Nice looking app but not robust enough for me Would prefer a Mac App with shortcuts to add tasks quickly Also do not want a web solution to sync with Guess thats my only beef so far Just my preference              Ok but not quite there

Love my Priorities app It keeps me organized and the ability to share lists is very useful Only suggestion I have is that I wish it had the capability to show items as in progress rather than just basic incomplete or completed I often have tasks which are in progress Anyway love the app despite this missing feature that I wish it had Highly recommend for those who want to keep organized                 Great App

Things recently was an editors choice and went free I downloaded Things and tried it for a few days I immediately came back to Priorities This app gives me the customization I want and does everything I need You cant go wrong with this app                 Beats Them All

I love this app I use it to track many different types of lists It is very flexible and userfriendly I use it for daily todo lists goals temporary lists such as a packing list for vacation and many other things I like the ability to link with the calendar and to email individual lists its easy to print or share This is a great organizational tool                 Great App

I love this app and will change my rating once the issue gets addressed When I try to update a todo list and add on it doesnt initially add my item on until I writetype something in the item name box then press done or next then it gives me the new item box and I have to retype whatever I was originally trying to type I cant remember if this was a paid app or had the option to upgrade but if it was a paid one I know I wouldve paid for itso please correct this issue its very frustrating     Not working properly after update

I love organization and Im big on making lists I have always kept all my tasks on a large notepad or in a notebook This is the only app that has given me the ability to get rid of using the paper versions for my To Dos It has never failed me when it comes to having a safe and reliable place to keep all the things I want to accomplish This has been my go to app for quite some time I have son in college and one in high school and a husband who travels extensively This app is so adaptable and gives me ability to email tasks or dates to my family so that they can stay up to date as well And if you have teenagersthey cant say you didnt tell them because it utilizes your email and you have a record of when it was sent Ha With that said there are a couple of updates that I hope may be available in the future The first is the ability to check off multiple items and move all of those collectively to a different location At this time you check off the item and chose a different locationfolder for each one I have my folders broken down by each day and if I happen to get behind one day I have to individually move each task to the next day This is a little time consuming and would make a world of difference if you could move everything you checked to one location The other item that I would love to see is the ability to use this on my Mac Currently its on my iPhone and my iPad Its awesome and the synchronization has been great as well Love this app and this is what Ill be sticking with for 2015 Good luck on your decision                 Effective Simple and Adaptable

With the newest update adding items to preexisting lists has been hit or miss I enter an item hit Next and enter another When I hit Done and scroll to the bottom of the list one item is there but the other isnt I also really liked how in the previous version you could see the item appearing in the list as you typed them Maybe a fix could address both these things        Cant add to lists
