This app is super fun and a great way to test my knowledge as a first year med student in PBL It also provides interesting and thorough explanations for diagnosis and mechanisms of action I do not however use this as my main source of information It is just a fun way to supplement ones learning without getting overloaded with monotonous memorization Good for a first year med student
If you want to if you are a doctor or want to be one this is the app for you Awesome

Good for medicine residents but just not enough for the cardiology fellows Great app
Some of the cases are out of the free app but I bought it to support the work they do in providing the free weekly cases I guess if you dont want to be looking through all the cases to find specific cardiac cases this is it Also it is stated that the discussion is focused more in cardiology which is what the app promotes Following previous comment

Awesome app I am in PA school and this is a really great study tool when I need a break from conventional studying I love that it has more cases than just the most common diseases and disorders The discussion portion is really helpful as far as discussing Ddx and the most significant findings related to the disease or disorder I also love prognosis and prognosis diabetes Make more I very much appreciate that this app is free as I am a poor student but it is worth its weight in gold Best app Ive seen so far for testing your clinical judgement and knowledge I cant get enough I LOVE prognosis
