Will not create property property report from day one Was told that update had been submitted to apple but after 2 updates through App Store this app will not create a property report to email anyone Every time you try and create a report the app crashes Entire purpose of this app is to be able to evaluate properties and portfolios and generate reports on the go        Will Not Create Property Report

Worst app Ive ever purchased from iTunes App does not work All information entered is lost App closes every time I try entering in new information Customer service will do nothing about it Customer service will not refund my moneylook elsewhere     Worthless

I used to rely on my own custom spreadsheet to evaluate real estate opportunities but this became my primary tool the day I first tried it It does everything my old tool did plus more I can create a very professional looking pro forma with my company logo for any property within minutes I can then share the package with my bank and property management companygiving them everything they need to get the deal going I absolutely love this app and highly recommend it                 My Primary RE Investment Tool

I have been using this APP for couple of months now and I truly say that I Love this APP it does all the calculations for you but the best part is the presentation for my buyers They think I had spent hours creating the presentation Try it you will love it too The best part is the support you get I have sent few emails to them and they have always responded very quickly              Love this APP

Decent tool should include various tax categories such as ability to depreciate Also where is the PMI field for investors with loans above 80 LTV              Depreciation ETC

This would be a five star ap if it didnt crash constantly        Crashes constantly

I have never relied on an app more for my business than this Real Estate Tool It is great for looking at multiple properties or just a single investment If you are buying and holding or a flipper this tool is for you Best Ive found                 This app makes me money

I paid 20 for this app when OS 7 came out the app always crashed I just found that they made the app again for OS 7 I would have to buy it again not able to update my current app What a bunch of crap        I got screwed

I purchased this for my iPhone in Dec 2012 and the Premium upgrade for 10 They created a version for iPhone and iPad and now want 20 just so I can still run it on my iPhone Seems wrong They did offer a promo code for another program I dont want 20 price is nuts for a loyal customer continue using the same program Moving on to find another I cant recommend purchasing because of the forced upsell Too bad its a good program        20 for an upgrade

Have the older version of this app on my phone Works great Was excited to get it on my iPad with the expanded features It crashes when you press the properties button EVERY TIME Ive erased and reinstalled rebooted etc I wanted to buy the full version but I cant get to it within the app and now Im having second thoughts as the basic version doesnt operate as designed I hope they fix this soon Or supply some better help if this is a user error     Crashing on new iPad

This app is an incredible value It has made it much more efficient for me to analyze investment properties and its a huge improvement over the spreadsheets that I was using before I really like the clean PDF reports that the app generates                 Great App

This is a must have App for anyone interested or involved in real estate investing I was happy with the original version and not very pleased when I had to pay the additional 4999 for the upgraded version but it was worth every penny After a day of house shopping my mind gets to be a blur But by taking my iPad and this App with me Im able to enter all of the numbers and notes on the properties very quickly By sorting the portfolio by my goals Im able to see at a glance where my best investment opportunities are I started having issues with the App after the Apple upgrade All I can say about Wasatch customer service is amazing They responded quickly to my problem offering me a temporary solution Later I recieved another response from them detailing the issue of the problem and assuring me that an update correcting the problem had already been submitted to Apple They even notified me when the update was available All of their responses were personalized to me rather than a can response given by most companies Im a real estate investor and this product is the best tool I have to be able to analyze properties quickly I never realize how vital it was to my business until I had the issue with it I have tried several other Apps out there and this one is hands down the best                 Awesome Product

Great tool for both evaluating properties and showing off to the banks that your a pro My banker wanted to know how I created these reports on my iPad and he now recommends it to his customers I just wish it would update on the cloud and sync with my devices Its very tedious to input all the data again when you upgrade from an old iPhone or iPad My              Awesome but

I was shocked to find out this app will only save info on ONE property No where do they tell you thisif you want to evaluate several properties isnt that the definition of evaluateas in to compare that you need to fork over 20     App is misleading

As a real estate investment professional I use this app more than I use more sophisticated software packages on my desktop Gives me decision making data on the flyfast accurate with easy to deliver reports Love the photo and map integration features Gives me reports worthy for investor presentations It would be 5 stars if I could do more sophisticated partnership analyses carried interest etc but it gives me 90 of everything Id ever need Portfolio capabilities are also excellent A worthy app for anyone making investment decisions around real estate              Use it Often and Love it

Ive been using Property Evaluator on my Mac iPads and iPhone Great software Sometimes the software crashes but fixes come out regularly I love having the ability to evaluate properties in a standard way The reports are great Unfortunately I have to manually enter the data across devices That is a real pain especially since I had to pay for the software twice Others have commented on this but still no solution Other than that I would give this software 5 stars              Love it but wish I could sync

When trying to install this app to my iPad a message appears that I needed IOS 6 Thats great and all but after updating my iPad I quickly realized that IOS 6 is not even available Will change rating once this is fixed Please fix today     IOS 6 needed but not available

This is an extremely useful app with a pleasing interface thats easy to navigate About 15 minutes of initial setup allowed me to enter 12 properties with all the information in an hour I showed the reports to my coinvestor hes the experience Im the bookkeeper and he was absolutely blown away iCloud integration is in the works and when it is implemented I will be purchasing the pro versions for the Mac and iPhone as well              Great appMindful developer

I have been using this apps to find my rental home for a year It works great It gives cap rate cash on cash return which is hel Its easy to use Unfortunately it has been constantly crash I can not open it anymore              Excellent tool but crash often

This is my goto app anytime I need to crunch investment property numbers I am not a fan of inapp purchases who is right but the functionality and design was so impressive I didnt hesitate on spending the 40 for the inapp PRO upgrade At first the app seemed a bit daunting It would take me 20minutes to crunch numbers Now after figuring out the default settings I can run numbers in less that 4minutes Disclaimer The app is NOT PERFECT There are a few kinks that need to be worked Ive spoken to the developer and he is VERY quick in answering my questions and concerns Ive dealt with sketchy developers in the past The ones that stop updating their product and eventually remove it from iTunes I dont get the same vibe from this developer Hes seems genuine to me Im happy with the app                 Excellent app Excellent support

I used to love this app and use it everyday I paid full price for the PRO version which I almost never do 3999 Then when I upgraded IOS on my iPhone it now crashes every time I go past entering the property name and address Ive never been more ripped off because now you have to purchase the app again for another 3999 Its one thing to lose 99 or 199 but 3999 Seriously How can you sleep at night knowing you ripped off so many of your users I would love to know if a fix is coming for this but I am guessing No Funny thing is I still want the app but will NEVER buy it     Dont buy it There is no IOS upgrade support

I love this app and have used it for years but the new version for the new OS keeps crashing I cant load any new data After it is fixed itll be back to 5 stars           New version no worky

This app does the same thing that a good spreadsheet would do in evaluating investment opportunities plus allowing one to import photos and produce an emailready report to investors in a few minutes There is nothing that it does that I could not do using Office however for the price the app is offered it provides time savings reduces errors and allow quick reporting of initial analysis I felt like I was on the plus side of value after using it on three properties If you are looking at several properties and have not already created your own spreadsheet this is a useful app In one situation I was able to email a report from the site within minutes of touring the property              Fast and Easy

Who has the time to make a spreadsheet like this thats going to look ½ as good Money well spent I really love the ability to crunch numbers on multiple properties and sum it up to one report No sync is the sore spot but developer working on it                 Worth The Money

Pros Ease of use Quick input Carry it with you on site Nice layout Cons Priceybut worth it No subcategories or order makes using Excel necessary hopefully that can change in a future update This program is great for pros to beginners It is super easy and covers pretty much everything It is a worthwhile investment if you are in the business I have one issue and it is that there is no way to organize the categories For example under Initial Improvements when you make your list the items and prices just pop up in random ordernot even the order you input them A future idea related to this issue would be to have subcategories so you could have kitchen or master bath and then have an itemized breakdown This would be extremely helpful              Great tool With one issue

This property evaluation app is difficult to use because it requires you to calculate things sometimes yearly other times monthly Also it does not include depreciation in the numbers Not to mention income tax factors Pretty much useless to me     Does not include depreciation
