Hi I recently installed this app and it works great except that theres one issue When i try zolming in and out on the maps the app sorta freezes forcing me to restart the app From restarting the app my trackers are disconnected and then reconnnected emitting the buzzing noize they have This process gets very annoying very easily This is the reason i gave it a 4 stars So as a request to the developers if you could fix this bug Thanks in advance if you do accept my request and update it              Update

Love the main concept of this app its a wonderful idea with lots of practical uses My girlfriend uses it a lot too so I guess that says a lot how much useful and practical it is                 great concept

If you read the information on the duet it claims that you can use your phone to track a duet This is partially true You can open the app and check a map of where the item your duet is attached to is As long as you are within 20 or so feet Pretty useless feature Furthermore the app is supposed to allow you to disable the alert when you move out of range of a duet but Ive tried many times and it always re enables the alarm as soon as you move in or out of range I backed this on during crowdfunding a few months ago and was really excited during the wait but I have to say the final product is extremely disappointing        Does not work as advertised

The app has NO user customizability The alert vibrates my phone insatiably and it is not easy to clear the alert The product is a complete waste I have seen my phone and the Duet alarm when they are sitting RIGHT next to each other I should video it next time The Duet has no option to turn off the beeping when it inappropriately alarms itself Terrible horrible waste of time and money     Horrible product even worse app

Seriously this Duet is crap It just didnt work well There is absolutely no support despite several attempts and being nice They also police their social media deleting all negative posts They rather do this then provide any support Dishonest company Avoid at all costs     How to give zero star for this crap

Delete the app and reinstall Then it work                 Work

I got ProTag this summer and kept using it all the time as I regularly work on different floors at my work place and protag has proved to be helpful especially when forgetting my case behind me during the rush hour                 perfect tag system

Ill know more when I can start the app     App crashes immediately on start on my iPhone 5s with iOS 71

I have tried to contact the Protag team at several of their emails and even through their initial campaign and Facebook sites and have never gotten a reply My Tag did not work out of the box and the second tag I ordered never showed up and I cant get a hold of a single person in their offices to get help with this issue Hoping I can cancel the charges on my credit card because this is tantamount to fraud as far as Im concerned        No Support

I have been a Protag user since the first version came out and use the tags with many of my valuable items Very convenient and useful tagging system most probably this is the app I used most this year                 convenient

Very useful loss prevention application that made my life easier in situations where I misplaced my keys No more hours of searching My wife uses Protag too its very useful for the whole family                 useful

Itll randomly go off saying the tag is separated even though both are with me Cant recreate it on demand but it happens often enough to make me doubt reliability But i think this is the BLE technology rather than the hardware specifically Not sure Ill keep this           A bit flaky

The Duet I purchased didnt work consistently even in the house gave false alarms while the keys were in my pockets and the battery died in the first couple of weeks when its supposed to last months to a year Complete waste of money Im starting to really reconsider funding anything else on Indiegogo after having more than one experience like this where the product never lived up to the hype At least with others they have gotten better with software updates but this has remained a piece of junk since day one     Junk

I got this as a Christmas present I love the idea to keep track of my wallet or keys Anyway when I first paired the duet to my iPhone 6 my wallet got lost and was last seen in Africa All four of us the wallet Duet iPhone and myself are currently somewhere in the Midwest of the USA I got it to work after repairing it That sounds good at first but even though the Duet and the phone are both located on a table in front of me the alarm suddenly goes off showing the Duet somewhere South of London England in Europe This lasted for a second and then everything seemed fine again When I travel by car and hold the Duet and my phone in the same hand the lost alarm is constantly triggered The Duet seems to be about 200 yards behind the phone This gets quite annoying BTW both the Duet and the phone battery are over 80 bluetooth is on location service is enabled WiFi is on and my cell phone connection is good     The magic disappearance of my wallet

The app dose not keep up with items that you add portags and it has to be always on If you turn it off the app and restart it it losses your items and does not remember your items last location DO NOT BUY PORTAGS Wast of money     waste of money

Great app idea there are so many uses for this its not just limited to keys All thumbs up from me heartily recommended                 recommended

I was one of the early backers When I initially received my Duet it worked with this app as advertised Not the bestwritten app but at least it functioned However once the early backer phase ended the app simply started demanding that I log back in Only problem Logging in is impossible My login yields the trial period is over If I try to sign up I get that account already exists I have written the company to no avail I guess I paid almost 100 for these Duets that are now 100 useless to me I guess I got to try them for a couple weeks Dont buy the Duet unless you just have extra money you want to throw away     Doesnt work at all Useless
