The app never logs me in Ive uninstalled it and reinstalled 4 times Internet banking with provident is just horrible Horrible

The app wont log me in even though I have the correct email address password Provident doesnt respond to my emails either Horrible
I have two accounts and the app only ever shows one When I try to transfer funds it still wont show the second account Please fix Doesnt show all accounts
Go online login choose options than mobile banking follow instructions wait for confirmation text then begin using lets me access all 3 of my accounts its super easy and super convenient Thank you Provident Awesome App
Ive been trying for 3 weeks now to log in Keep getting system down Then when you call costumer service your put on hold for hours Its ever since they changed the account number Should of just left it alone Not happy

Even though this must be one of the simplest banking apps ever it works so much crappier now than ever before Once I long in and click on one of my accounts it just gets stuck loading almost every time until I finally give up and do it in the web browser instead Frustrating Doesnt load
Tried this app multiple times from multiple phones over the course of multiple years I think Ive really given it a chance but this app has never worked Not sure if they just rushed this app out there just to say our bank has an iPhone app like all the others Seems like it never gets updated and no one cares about this Never works

This is a good app for providing Provident users with the ability to perform basic bank activities on a mobile device The layout is a bit plain and could use more features like providing more information on the services Provident Bank provides to its customers Provident Bank
They walk you through it You have to adjust the mobile settings and enter your phone number to confirm Once done itll log u in Call Provident
Good app overall Does what I need it to do Heres how it can be improved 1 Make it possible to sign up over the phone for mobile banking Didnt like having to run back home to my computer before I could set up and use my new app 2 Whenever I use the Go button after entering my password it doesnt log me in It works fine when you use the submit button but if go doesnt close out the action dont turn the enter key into it Other than that Im loving it Good could be better
