My company uses exchange and limits our quota size I ve alway liked PST files for their simplicity Combined them with PST Bridge and I have a great solution for dealing with work archives from prievious years I use apple mail for the current year which is configured an exchange client At the beginning of each fiscal year I export the privious year to a PST from my windows VM PST Bridge allows me to access those PST archives without needing to launch the windows VM every time Perfect for my needs                     Exactly what I needed WaBri

Like other reviewers I have a bunch on M Exchange PSTs in my backups that I could no longer access or search through I found PST Bridge to be a solid mac app to import these multi GB psts and be able to export them into a format MBox that Apple s Mail app can import use The 12 export wizard does this well I can t speak to the other in app option Here s how I solved my particular issue of getting from these huge PSTs to individual PDFs 1 In PST Bridge find target pst drag into pst bridge It imports indexes the pst 2 In PST Bridge Click export wizard export to a specific folder This creates a series of MBox elders roughly corresponding to the exchange pst structure 3 In Apple s Mail app Import that specific folder into mail File Import Mailbox Select Import Files in Mbox format This creates an On My Mac folder again roughly corresponding to the exchange pst structure 4 Open Email Archiver Pro a separate fantastic app tweak the settings to export into the final target e mail folder and start This will take awhile but it creates pdfs of every e mail with a name of YYYY MMM DD HH MM SSZ Subject line of message and puts any attachments in folders with that name These are sorted into year month subdirectories like 2016 05 2016 05 19 12 47 01Z Here s that cat photo pdf The Email Archiver Pro app also creates an Email Archiver File List txt file of all e mails PS Another mac app MailRadar Pro is good at opening MSG files and converting them to other formats rtf export to pdf                     Solid Program Just Pay 12 In App to Export to MBox bkaplan452

It is a tough job to change computer but changing platform same time is horrible I made the step from Windows 7 to Mac OS and I had these more than 10 years of e mails hanging in outlook pst archives I couldn t get them over in Mac Mail but I found PST Bridge to do it for me I bought the export in app and I was very positively surprised of how well it transfered all my mails for me The only minor thing I had to correct was they all came over as unread but it was easy to change in a batch PST Bridge is a must have for everybody changing from Windows to Mac OS In using the program I had a question to the support and I was very pleased with the quality and speed of their reply Javier came back to me by e mail after only a couple of hours No reason for forth and back just exact information to work well with                     Fine product and excellent support Keep going Hans

Imagine my disappointment when the Apple Migration Utility did not migrate my 10 years of Outlook email on my Windows PC to my nice new and shiny iMac After a bit of Internet searching I came across PST Bridge I downloaded the trial use version found it to be of value then did the in app purchase of the non limited export feature It worked like a champ Its fast and does the needful job                     Export Worked Like a Champ suwanee4me

This is the first review I have ever written in my life I felt the need to though after the support I have been given over the last 2 3 weeks To be clear and to get it out of the way the app works and is easy to use There are instructions on the site and they are simple to follow The issue I was having was a bit bizarre as I was following the directions but not having success however I converted my business partner s emails over in a matter of minutes so I knew that it worked I emailed support at PST Bridge and had a reply within an hour form Javier What would transpire next is 30 emails back and forth with minimal time between emails over a 2 week period He would make suggestions and I would try When not successful I let him know and another suggestion came through Eventually he suggested that I send him my PST file so that he could diagnose exactly what was going on It was a very large file and he gave me a secure server to upload to He found the error and there was some random file type attached to my PST folder He added the type to the PST Bridge so it supported my file and instantly I was transferring all 20 000 emails Bottom line product App worked support was some of the best i have ever had and i highly recommend this App Thanks again Javier for all of your dedication to makeing things work for me                     Excellent Support jefsir

I have 8GB of old Outlook email PST files that I ve backup up since 1999 While most of it is junk I often find that some important data is somewhere in that pile of old email Since I don t use Outlook or Entourage for Mac there s never been a quick and easy way to cull info from those PST files Until now I was looking for an email from 2005 that contained some really valuable information that I needed Using PST Bridge I was quickly able to open the PST file enter in a couple search words and voila Found the email in about 5 seconds Hard to find anything as simple and cost effective as PST Bridge Yes the free version of PST Bridge only allows you to unlock export the first 10 messages per folder but that is explained clearly in the app details PST Bridge will always show and export 10 items per folder To remove this limitation you may unlock it using In App purchases Search all loaded PSTs in the email body subject from recipients attachment name etc The results are instantaneous and exact At 19 to unlock the viewer it s a bargain By far the best implementation of PST file access on the Mac                     Well worth the cost to Unlock the program jthork

This program saved me a ton of time in moving email calendar and contacts from Outlook 2010 under W7 into Apple Mail under OSX I paid for the exporter pro upgrade after verifying it saw all my items in the free version but ran into two problems involving calendar and contacts which had to do with more complex situations that my setup involved The developer responded to my inquiry in about a day and provided an updated version along with an excellent explanation of what my two situations involved which the new update addressed Sure enough the updated version which will soon be in the App store handled the two remaining issues and I m now all set The speed and excellence with which my issue was addressed is unusual so I mention it here                     Small glitch but quick response to solve unusual issue ACGarland

This saved me tons of time and money when transferring my contact and calendar information from my old PC to my new Mac The documentation could be better but their website was helpful Logically it seemed like I should install the Exporter on the PC since that was from whence I was exporting But I figured out that I use Outlook s Export function to export pst files to my external hard drive then use PST Bridge to export from the external hard drive to my Mac then use Finder and this is very important to highlight all the contacts in the source file and open them with Address Book If you try to import from Address Book you would have to import one contact at a time No one else discussed any of this so I was probably just being thick as I floundered around But once I got it with the help of the PST Bridge web site this program worked great                     Very Happy With PST Bridge NoFrost

I just converted from PC to Mac and was afraid I was going to have to run MS Office for the Mac just to get to my Outlook pst files PST exporter the in app purchase once you ve downloaded the free PST Bridge successfully allowed me to export my mail contacts calendar files to the equivalent Mac programs The only thing that didn t transfer was my Outlook Notes but I was able to view them all and email them to myself                     works great NC amy

opened all of my pst folders even one that is 2 4GB No problems with multiple layers of folders The only issue I noted is when a attached docment is opened it launches downloads folder and you have to click on the file manually to open wish this was more integrated Otherwise this is a great app and free one to boot                     Great App Mike-UAE
