Needed an app to log all my clients a outside of the gyms Could create a profile very very easy customize my packages and email them a receipt fast Surprised how easy it is Havent used the credit card process yet but will soon Definitely get if you want an organized way to long many clients                 Fabulous easy tracking

This is exactly what I was looking for in a session tracker app I keep track of massage and personal training packages and has the added bonus of automatic invoices I used to waste so much time creating invoices from scratch changing them to a PDF then starting the process over again when a client decides to get a different pack If I had to get rid of all nonemail apps for my business and could only keep one this would be one that I would choose                 Perfect for running my PT business

This app is great Finally an app that seems like it was designed by people who understand the needs of the busy trainer It allows me to run the businessside of things my client list invoices recording when sessions have been done etc on my iPhone while Im out with clients rather than trying to do everything on my PC when I get home at night 5 stars from me                 Hello iPhone goodbye PC

Very helpful app that allows me to keep track of my clients and payments It is an easy and convenient way for my clients to receipt a receipt of their training session and payment which is something that makes both of us happy                 Fantastic app Love the pro version

I have been using this app since I ventured off on my own and dont even want to imagine my business without it Not only does this app give me complete organization and keeps track of my clients but it also keeps my finances organized Before using this app I used the notepad app on my iPhone lets just say that was more trouble than it was worth I can know break down my earnings into year or months or even based on individual clients At the end of the year all I have to do is print out the business summery for the year hand it to my American accountant and then explain to him why the word check is spelled with a q Keep up the good work guys                 Id be lost without PTTransact

This is the 3rd time Ive edited my review in just a few months since finding and purchasing this app starting as a 3star then 4 now 5 The developer is first class responding to my initial questions before purchasing AND implementing some of the suggestions I made in my review as well as other good updates I spent a while trying to find a good app to manage my clients sessions and downloaded what seemed like the top contenders including some salon apps figuring maybe theyd work for similar client management booking and invoicing This app was the winner when I first got it a few months ago and after 2 updates in 2 months its even better Well worth the price for how much easier its made things Some suggestions for updates 1 Data saved on the cloud to pull up and manage on multiple devices Also for peace of mind that my billing would be backed up if something happened to my phone 2 Sessionpack rate saved for each client 3 Autoadd recurring client schedules in a calendar to check off if they showed noshowed deduct session but recorded as different from an attended session or canceled no session taken but still logged for reference Also to manage future appointments and see my schedule for booking a scheduling feature would be nice 4 Allow editingdeleting of invoices and sessions Mistakes happen and they are hard to correct in current version 5 If possible it would save some time logging appointments if you changed the clock to 5 or 15 minute intervals Nobody is going to log an appointment as starting at 817                 If youre a personal trainer get this

Great app Keeping track of my sessions is worth every penny spent on this app Wish I could send the client a snap shot of how many sessions they have left via text directly from the app Put taking a screenshot works for now                 Easy to use app

I luv how this app is layed out Very helpful for me and my clients when recording sessions on a day to day basis I dont need to use an index sign out card anymore Now I could do it all on my iphone I love how the invoices look very professional I have hopes for these developers to come up with many great features in the future Keep up the good work Update 218 app version 20 is awesome Thanks you for putting up the hard work in developing a great functional business app thats ideal for personal trainers group trainers and Crossfit coaches Thank you again I look forward to using the new version                 Great app for pt management

I updated my phone me today to the current iOS Afterwards I tried opening my PT Transact app and it will open but shows a black screen I need this for my job ASAP     Wont open with iOS 9 update HELP

Absolutely love this APP I service over 100 clients and I use it every day to manage transactions and keep track of all my clients dues Highly recommend this to any personal trainer its quick and easy to keep a record and set up payment plans for your clients Must have DEVELOPER next update Allow a function to activate and deactivate clients due to their activity so that they can be kept in your client files but clearly see who has been active For how long and deactivated since when would be a great tool for follow ups Thanks for developing this Im anxious to see what you guys add next              Awesome
