I feel like I fell for a bait and switch with this app I only wanted the Paleo one but I was charged for the main app and the Paleo So 10 later I have an app that basically only gives you a few basic ideas of what to eat No recipes Also I have nut allergies and that is one main food item I keep seeing on here There should be a way to input allergy foods and give other options Not worth the money Totally useless for me I have already deleted it Be aware
