This simply doesnt work it constantly crashes and has no support what so ever A waste of time and money

Simple and quick to learn but not a pretty face Does what it said including after cash I wish it tells me the before tax cash flow Some of the settings are hidden in the settings menu on the properties list screen Hope there will be an update to correct these minor issues Good stuff

I love how fast this app can give you meaningful info In addition to having expenses as a percentage it would be great to also have the option of listing your default expenses and then being able to modify them for each property Since most of us are using this on a device with a camera and a gps Id like to be able to snap a few pics of the property and have the location marked on a map Lets take it to 5 stars

This doesnt do anything more than irr I wanted after tax and more manipulation Want my money back

Would ve great to show the cash on cash percent without going into details In fact put irr and cash on cash I to the property list for comparison would rock Would like to be able to enter real numbers rather than percents Especially in the operating expenses field Or maybe just have it show the actual dollars next to the percent field Also Good start
