I love this app Use it to build an HTML signature then assign that signature to an email account in the mail app Works perfectly for me since I have several different accounts with different clients It helps to have a working knowledge of HTML                 Works Slick

This app works exceptionally well and really is a great addition to iOS I would LOVE to have the ability to sync with my other iOS devices via iCloud Dropbox or even and export and import function The ability to sync multiple devices would make this fine app even better                 Great App

Great app that works very well I had an issue with one html signature that I emailed the developer about on a Sunday afternoon and he responded within 30 mins Not only that but he found an error in my html code that fixed the issue Doesnt get any better than that Highly recommended                 Speedy Helpful Cust Support

Didnt offer integral email signature management inside the iPhone pad mail program Dont need it now as iOS6 handles multiple signatures for multiple accounts     Not what I thought

The app works as described is simple and elegant Basic HTML within text allows for attractive signatures with colors and emphasis Also useful for disclaimers or other boilerplate text Categories provide for ease of use and an attractive interface Functionality for forwarding and replies is however not part of this solution except in a cumbersome fashion via the clipboard due to limitations imposed by the lockeddown design of iOS 5 I surmise Still better than nothing I keep this app in the dock and give it a tap when I want to write an email Thumbs up Go for it              Good solution to the multiple signature problem

Look at the FREE solution far below that is literally the same I seriously dont know why this app has such high remarks Dont base your decision on stars not on this app I lost an extremely important reply to a client because of this app You know what the first thing that got deleted from my iPhone after that Its nothing more than a glorified copy n paste app and really only functional when it works when creating a new message which has to be done in this app not even through Apples Mail If you reply to one of your messages in Mail there is NO signature provided by this app It can only work in theory when sending new messages youve created thats it This all assumes this app works in the first place If it has ANY issues sending a message you create within in the app you completely loose your message It wont even show up in sent box or draft box Its simply gone SOLUTION Do yourself a favor Save yourself money save yourself a headache do NOT buy Use notes the standard app that comes free on your iOS device Save a page with whatever signatures you want to use and copy paste it into your email Its seriously not much different Dont believe me Waste your money and buy it You might as well take 2 bucks out of your pocket and take a match to them SERIOUSLY     DONT waste your money

I wanted an app where I could change the style of my signature for emails using a more interesting font and insert it as the default signature in my mail settings account This does not do it     Not helpful

Such a cool app I can now send my HTML signature with my logo and social icons in it directly from my iPhone Being that Im slightly electronically challenged they helped me import my HTML signature and held my hand until it was done Great support                 Very Happy

This is a much needed app by anyone who has more than one email address I had a little difficulty setting up my business signature with a logo and special font signatureand Julian was very responsive to my problem and able to help me get it all squared away within a very short period of time Cudos to Julian for a great app and quick app support A great value                 Great App

I have to admit when I bought this app I was frustrated and disappointed that I couldnt include images as part of my email signatures After a bunch of digging I was able to locate the author of the app Julian was a big help in getting this to work with images If you have a company logo and text I would suggest using PhotoShop or something similar to arrange your images with the text and save it all as a gif or jpg image You do have to have the image stored on your server or uploaded somewhere you can have it pulled into your email Maybe Julian can include some actual instructions on his splash page on how to do this Once we got the bugs worked out it does all that I ask except be landscape mode for the new iPad 3 I give Julian 5 stars for taking the bull by the horns and coming up with solutions I know he is working on improvements which my recommendations would be better help files for those that want more than just text for signatures and having the software display landscape mode for those of us that use their iPad with a keyboard In summary if you are looking for just text as your email signature this app will work great If you want to include your company logo your mug shot or TwitterFacebook logos and have them hyperlink to your Facebook or Twitter pages this can all be done as HTML code I would suggest to Julian when he writes some help information that he include some examples for those that know nothing about writing HTML                 Revised review

Its doing what its supposed to and was easy to configure Given that the iPad OS doesnt support graphic signatures this is a very good workaround even though you have to go outside of the native email program Complements to Julian the designer                 Working as Described

Julian Yaps Quick Signature is the best at utilizing complex HTML email signatures He is responsive and helpful I highly recommend this app especially to those who have to use a workplace email signature that contains logos and HTML They look beautiful on the iPhone                 The PERFECT signature app

This app works perfectly I love it It would be good to be able to edit fonts but that is a small issue to me Just being able to use multiple signatures is great It would be also be nice if you could import images I use my actual signature in my laptop email and my company logo Perhaps in the future                 Superb App

Terrific app So far so good But it needs a few tweaks 1 orientation on the iPad it works fine going from vertical to horizontal but when I hold my iPad with the vertical axis reversedupsidedown you might sayQuick Sig doesnt reorient itself All the other apps I have reorient when the iPad axis is reversed Please please fix this 2 sorting of categories sorting of signatures please add thisso categories signatures can be sorted by the user or at the very least so theyll automatically be alphabetical Thanks for listening Julian              needs a few tweaks

Although I have less need for this post upgrade to IOS6 the application still affords the flexibility to have multiple signatures per email account IOS6 does not allow this Simple effective and worth having                 Does what it says on the tin

Ap would be much better if you didnt have to copy and paste signature I have two different disclosures needed with both business email addresses and find it cumbersome when not being able to simply hit reply when responding to a business email from my phone I can foresee myself forgetting to paste the disclosure signature to an emailwhich is not good           Advisor

App works as advertised If you are using HTML for your signature be sure to toggle the HTML switch to on Youll find the toggle at the bottom of the edit page for the signature Without the toggle activated HTML tags simply show up as plain text Once the developer kindly pointed this out to me in a PROMPT email response that included screen shots everything worked perfectly I wish there were a way to link a given signature to an email address and set different default signatures for different email addresses however this is an iOS limitation The gesture shortcuts long press a signature to copy it to the clipboard or double tap a signature to create a new email with the selected signature preinserted are a real time saver                 Simple but effective

Of all the signature apps this is the closest to actually being productive It offers HTML signatures without trying to be silly with handwritten signatures or cute graphics Just professional business signatures What would make this a fivestar app is two things one simple and the other more difficult 1 Have it automatically select the from address based on the selected signature 2 Integrate it into the actual mail app so that selecting the from account would automatically select the signature In all fairness 2 is really more in Apples domain Why they dont allow multiple signatures with multiple accounts is beyond me This is 2012 after all come on Apple who has just one email account these days              Almost There

HTML does not include links You cant assign signatures to accounts you have to go into the app and start with a signature and then choose account and write email Childish and overlysimple Not a tool for highuse professionals     I cant believe I paid for this

Was having trouble with hyperlinks showing up properly in my signature This fixed it Will need to type in the links as HTML first                 Did everything I needed

Quick Signature is an HTML app that provides the same professional signature appearance as emails sent from my office Julian was extremely responsive to my initial HTML difficulties and I highly recommend him and this app                 The App Ive Been Looking For

Just before this app I got another email signature app With that app you can create HTML signature but it doesnt copypaste as HTML I had a workaround but it wasnt as painless as Quick Signature I presume Quick Signature HTML with HTML switched on it copies as RTF not confirmed which enables the supported HTML to work including links HTML worked with the other app but not nearly as cleanly as this With Quick Sig throwing a sig into replies is as straightforward as a new message just have to copypaste it in For those who hope that this will automatically enable signatures to be tied to accounts it doesnt But thats because it cant iOS devices only have a single signature possible This allows you to quickly create and use signatures in about as an unobtrusive way as possible                 HTML links in sig do work copypaste as HTML works

I did not think that I would like this app but I have a work and a personal email on my iPhone and it was impossible to keep the accounts separate Our IT department recommended the app They got this one right the app is easy to use and I highly recommend it                 Review

Can not access this app or its quotes through Mail which should be the goal Instead you have to access Mail composition through the app     Mail integration

Its not often you can make a claim without fear of getting it wrong but I can safely say this is the worst app Ive ever paid for Dont waste you money or time     Worst app Ive ever purchased
