You can use this to fairly choose who wins a prize or to do other fun choice based activities Its pretty simple and does what it says randomorg is still probably a more true random number generator but this app should do just fine for most people Handy little free app

I really like this app I use it to play games with my kids they get mad when they dont get the right number right you got to love rand Number games
