I moved my family s prescriptions to Randall s since CVS isn t in network with BCBS The Randall s app isn t close to the one for CVS It is frustrating when it crashes It is just this side of non functional So much work to do get on it         Dissapointing Ajsdpm

I usually have to open and close the app 3 to 5 times to get to the home page to come up When I tap on my prescriptions I normally have to return to the home page and tap on my prescriptions 2 or 3 times before my prescriptions come up As much money as we all spend at Randalls you think they would invest a little money to improve the app so it s reliable I ll keep my finger s crossed         Unreliable MKMTX

Tried several times to get a refill and it just spins and spins with processing for a while then goes away to the desk top I can pull up my list of drugs but can t process a refill     Would be great if it worked A lady in Texas
