I ve been using this app for a few yrs now I have pics that have been beautifully enhanced by right placement of the light rays Can really make all of the difference in an average photo when the rays make it pop It adds a mystical look also I m impressed by this app Don t hesitate to get it if you enjoy being creative with the sky in your scenic photos Granted you can t apply it to every photo depending on what you shoot or time of day but you will know what pics to apply it to                     Realistic Moon lazy

1 It s good to have the option to change the source of the Rays to set them go out as a V or as a straight to same direction 2 Would like to have a mask for deleting rays that need to be behind some object Example I made a selfy with a window that have holes behind me the Rays is all over me but in real life the Rays should be behind me cus I m covering the light         Great but el-merow

The customer service is awful I am a professional photographer and how they spoke to me absolutely absurd I wanted a app to make my edit process fast and on the fly This app does not do so I will stick with real editing apps such as photoshop Customer service started a email right away negative stating I was wrong and they have hundred of thousand users But 13 reviews Again awful app save your money no matter how cheep it is SAVE YOUR MONEY     Deserves No stars nkappes

My friend got this app and could use it for videos and I can only use it for images so they should update this app so you can put rays on videos                 Very good But #yolin

This app probably has the coolest effect out of most apps it looks like an after effects type effect but I d absolutely love it if we could use this effect on videos It would be the best effect and outdo any other app effects PLEASE listen and update this to accept videos                 Just Needs videos Effect editor

I like the app it s really cool to use it on photo editing but when I first got it the category was photo video I intended to use it with video If you make this be able to use video you d be the only person to have an app like it                 I want to use it with videos ChanceJames323

In pre iPad days an elegant effect like this would have cost a hundred times more To get the most out the app use it with a high contrast image For example capture white text on a black background and place the Rays source behind the text Light will stream forth and the dark areas cast shadows Works very well with abstract geometric shapes too                     Sublime Bluffwalker

I use a lot of photo apps and downloaded this one only because it was cheap and I like to play with different effects I have to say that this app does for light what no other app I ve yet seen does I would highly recommend it to anyone                     I really like this app mookzmom

The ray effects work but I feel like they re not subtle enough for me I don t like my pictures to look overly processed The app is fairly easy to use but it s missing a reset and an undo button             It s not bad but it s not great WalkingDeadRudy

It does EXACTLY as described shown If the earlier reviewers would look more closely they would see the placement of the source and recognize that the angles of light coming from it are quite accurate I have been using this app for some time now and have achieved both excellent results and an overwhelming number of compliments I have found it especially enjoyable by using it in photos with no obvious light source such as a thickly wooded area on a very darkly clouded day and placing this app s light source behind a tree It makes it look as though the sun is breaking through And with the ability to change the rays colors I can make it appear to be sunrise sunset or any time between the two and with a few adjustments even moonlight It also looks absolutely beautiful shining out from behind almost any cloud I have also been able to augment the rays of the sun when they seemed too undefined An amazing little program which has only one problem ignorant reviewers who obviously cannot master its simplicity or who are not happy unless they are griping about something Pitiful I cannot recommend Rays highly enough It is absolutely EXCELLENT I would like to ask the developers to consider one little suggestion Although I will certainly continue to joyfully and avidly using Rays either way Would and or could you provide the option of adding a second or more sources of light to a single project It could increase the creative possibilities immensely Nonetheless congratulations for developing such a perfectly wonderful product And THANK YOU                     DO NOT LISTEN TO NEGATIVE REVIEWS Llllkll

This is a really good app for adding light However without more specific control of the area you wish to add rays it is somewhat limited on which pictures will look good with the effects However add a spot radius control and it will be 5 stars                 Good but Rubthebuddha

This app creates quite convincing sun rays Very nice However it is very easy to mess up your point of origination by accidentally touching the screen I would like to be able to lock the directional point while playing with the other sliders Also because your finger can obscure the preview of what you are doing to adjust the ray point it would be nice to have a relative control mode somewhere out of the way to be able to position the point more easily Other than that the app does what it purports to do and does it well Not for every day but a great tool to have in the arsenal                 Well done Naviculus

this app is fantastic as it is and it is super easy to make photos look like the samples they have You just have to pick a photo with clear light sources so not just a bright day one and play with the source of light which you can do too                     improvements not needed ez_monkey

at first i thought it s just a simple tool to add lighting effects as a separate layer on top of the picture but after trying it on a few photos taken indoor and outdoor i was amazed it processes the entire picture and generates light rays and shadows to create realistic effects the interface is designed well and it takes only a few seconds to learn how to use it supports screen rotation which is essential for photo editing apps and there are a few settings to control the effect s intensity brightness and color it takes a little bit too long to save the photo but the final result is of high quality without losing any of the details from the original image                     Realistic results incineration

I m sorry after seeing the few one star reviews I had to write one myself These people who write things like that really don t take time to really use the app in depth and probably shouldn t be using their iPhone to edit pictures if they think this app doesn t offer enough or work properly its just a bunch of bull This app is amazing If your always looking for apps to add to your iPhone photo editing arsenal then this app is a must have You have tons of control so each edit will look very real and enhance your photos Keep up the good work guys Fantastic app                     Worth the 99 cents Nighguy

I didn t find anyplace on the devs website to make a suggestion so I m going to make it here hoping they will see it It would be VERY useful to have a control for the number of degrees that the rays will encompass from a single ray all the way around to a full 360 degrees with the ability to rotate anything less than 360                     It s Good ZenLizard

I bought this based on the sample photos They make it look like it adds rays to your images highlight areas while allowing you to choose the direction the arm coming from However it doesn t work from the highlights just from the moveable direction point The effect just doesn t look real and I don t find this app useful for anything     Doesn t do RobertBarnett
