RDM+ Remote Desktop for iPhone

The only function that I can make work is the keyboard I cannot see my computer monitor on my phone I cannot move the mouse I cannot do anything with it This was a waste of 8 dollars Additionally the RDM program on my computer will not close without me force quitting from it Spend your money elsewhere not here     This app doesnt work

I have used many remote access apps and this one is fast and easy                 Love this app

App stopped working with IOS8 update screen freezes up and unusable     IOS8

This honestly is the best remote desktop program for iOS devices hands down No need to reconfigure network or firewall settings on local network of the remote machine Installation and use is a breeze Very safe and secure                 Best RD for iOS

Does not fit the iPhone 5 screen        iPhone 5

I have used RDM for several years and WAS extremely happy with it It quit working with IOS 8 as stated by the developer but who is not going to be running IOS 8 on your phones Read the last developers update 2011 I believe they have taken are money and quit developing Sad     DO NOT BUY

This app used to be great However that was 12 years ago Last time it was updated This app has not been updated to work with the larger iPhone 5 and up screen If this app is ever updated I will change this review to 5 stars Right now though this app is pretty much worthless     NO LONGER SUPPORTED

Ive been a loyal RDM user for years logging into remote computers from my home PC Windows laptop iPhone and iPad Very solid and reliable I am very disappointed that the master password feature essential on any mobile device does not work in iOS7 The dialog comes up but there is no text entry field for the password Tech support suggests operating without a master password until they update the app There are two problems with that 1 Without a master password all the computers on your RDM list are open to anyone who has your mobile device and 2 There has not been any update to this app since 2011 Despite tech supports promises this app is essentially an orphan Thats sad because it was so good        Needs update for iOS7

Just spent money on a product that does not work When the app is launched on an iPhone running 811 it pulls is up and does not work Until the app is made compatible with the new iOS it is not worth even a penny I am highly disappointed     Does Not Work With iOS 8

I had rated this my top app until I updated to iOS4 The app and its data survived several lesser updates I have been very happily using this to remotely help several clients However upon update to 4 the app would not run I had to delete and reinstall I had previously updated the app to its latest version so that wasnt it Then the app ran but my twenty or so saved addresses were gone This is the only data relevant to this app and can only be reproduced by visiting each and every computer to recreate each listing manually I contacted their support Email only It took several business days to send me a sentence that explained that thirdparty data is lost during an iOS update Basically they failed to safeguard the sole data their app maintains I am screwed Have a nice day If the company had even tried to protect the one thing their app generates or had any helpful advice I would be much less angry If I had known of their incompetence I would have at least made screen shots to preserve critical data Hey they might even have thought of that Tell me how to find my lost data and I will reevaluate before this I would have given five stars     Loses all saved data

Is this company no longer in business The app used to work but Im unable to connect on the demo site and the app freezes and locks updoes nothing     Not working with iPhone 6

I love this app and it has worked very well for me until recently Now when I start the app there is no keyboard showing up for me to enter my master password iPhone 5 on latest iOS 7 here Please fix soon because a password on this app is very important It did this even after a fresh app install once I activated the master password option in settings Will rerate upon fix           Current build bug with master password entry

This is a great app but it crashes a lot I mean a LOT and it is not designed for the iphone5 so prepare for edge black bars Needs an update big time but great for what its supposed to do When it works           Pretty good But needs updated

This app is good but its not good enough I bought this because it was discounted from a whopping 8 bucks It must be great right Well it works However Ive used both this and Splashtop Remote Desktop In comparison this has an awkward cheap looking interface The buttons are poorly arranged and hard to find Just get Splashtop Its way more professional and itll make the difference           Dont be fooled

Its slow on the iPhone 5 as well as not updated to fit the screen When trying to which between windows it doesnt work and very fidgety and not steady and moving around with finger isnt that good While its not a bad idea Just need better ways of going about it           Not quite the best

Loved this app until IOS 8 After a uninstall and reinstall trying to fix the app it now locks up when you start it Filled out a support request with no response Totally unusable        IOS 8 Breaks this app

After testing several trial vpns this is by far the easiest and fastest to use Great app beats old VPN hands down speed could be a little quicker but still a time saver for me Nice Job                 VP

I was needing to get into my network at home and remembered I had downloaded the app on the same iTunes account about 4 years ago Apparently they dont honor that as this app cost me 10 As soon as it finished loading I tried adding a computer and nothing works none of the buttons Nothing A waste of 10 Dont waste your money IPhone 4S 64Gb iOS 8 latest release if anyone cares     Would give zero stars if I could

Stupid app cant get past the log in screen while my Mac Pro is running a screen saver cause it wont progress forward after typing a letter for the password keeps overwriting itself JEEEZ what a PIECE OF CRAP software and app glad I only paid 99 FIX THIS     What a POS

A terrific app overall Extremely easy to use and streams very well but its lack of support for audio streaming severely limits the app and makes it unusable for several activities streaming media audioactive websites and games and all other activities that depend on audio as a feature Audio streaming support is a VERY important and fundamentally necessary feature in remote desktop usability and I REALLY hope to see this feature added to the app soon           Needs audio support

I bought the app when I had iPhone 4 and it worked great When I upgraded to iPhone 5 the Master Password stopped working properly The keyboard no longer appears so I cant enter my password anymore Im basically locked out of the app There isnt an easy way to access support from the app and I dont see an easy way to report the issue on the developers website     Master Password Doesnt work on iPhone 5
