This app is fantastic Its super robust has a ton of great quality listings and easy to use on mobile I use tons of other rentals apps but this one is my favorite by far based on the features and reliability Awesome and robust app
When you search for a two bedroom for max rent of 1200 as an example it shows you places that have both two bedrooms rent under 1200 But they do this by showing you complexes that have 1 bedrooms at the price requested while the two bedrooms are more expensive Its wasting my time making me delete the app Filtering is terrible
I wish that this was set up like the realtor app I have a little trouble using this As I am getting used to it I believe it is a good tool for finding apartments Would like to make a list view and sort by price I really enjoy the draw features App

Doesnt work right anymore and the constant popup when no results are found is unneeded I can clearly see there are no results Use to work
I love this app I have been using it for a while and seems very easy Someone mentioned earlier that they should have availability I agree but I bet the reason they dont have anything is that they are trying to highlight with renters and real estate professionals that people actually use this app What a better way to prove that then with an email or call to them It also may be more complicated then just saying something is available or not Could be that someone may break their lease if the management can find another person to Gil the spot Theres probably a few other situations that I dont know about that makes it difficult to say yes or no on whether there is availability Great app Thank you Great site

I love the fact that this app shows you which properties youve viewed Thats so helpful I also love the feature of being able to leave notes about specific properties I have been going through and looking and my fiancé will do the same and we leave each other notes to see So easy The only thing I wish as a little better is the pictures Many of the listings either only have pictures of the outside or of one room I wish that there was a requirement to put pictures of the insides of the listings andor floor layout pictures Shows viewed properties

Advertised as updating every 15 minutes but there is no availability information Searching for 3 bedroom apartment Youll get a list of every apartment complex in the city What does the rental rate include Is the rate quoted for a 2 or 3 bedroom Is it furnished This app will tell you where the apartments are but will not help you narrow your search Not enough detail
