I have been in the real estate business for over 16 years I am in commercial so perhaps some of my suggestions dont apply to residential but I think many are universal This app is certainly the foundation for a great app but when I started to input data found some points that need to be addressed in order for it to be worth the price The following list are items I wrote down in no particular order If these updates are made I will say it is well worth the price Listing Expiration Date Gross Fee in addition to price on Listing Fees on the Sale tab as well Closing Date Put the Property Name on the Email Subject Input specific Property Name and Address to help that feature rather than just black Ability to REMOVE listing not just post Sold they dont all sell Put an alphabet on the Contacts in Listings so you dont have to scroll all the way down Input Listings with a scroll for monthdayyear individually rather than by day I dont think time of day really matters Link back listingssolds to the Contact screen as well Tasks as a scroll option as well as set schedule as not every plan is the same Please keep working and updating this app it is close     On the Right Track Great Idea

The app needs a lot of work and better ease of use     Not really worth the money

Ive tried other real estate applications for the iPad but this is the best by far for agents I really like the listing manager and the ability to store photos but there are so many features that make this a great app I use it daily and love the changes in the new version                 Best App for Agents

The overall layout and design of the app is good There are some bugs that need worked out The developer promptly addressed and responded to my email           Work in progress

I was excited to see this program as it looked like everything I am looking for to manage my listings I am very disappointed as it does not seem to work correctly It wont let me upload pics or complete tasks It is not user friendly and I would not purchase until they work out the bugs        Busy Agent
