I have used this calculator for a while now and have very satisfied until now The input screen has been changed to little kids colors not professional looking I miss the old input screen and am shopping for a new one         Kid colors Shopper319

The functions are easy to use very intuitive takes less than 60 seconds to become a pro at it I am not that Tech savy does all it claims to do Must for anyone if you have anything to do with real estate                     Great application at the right price crebroker

I have dozens of apps and have never written a review of one good or bad This is by far the most often used app on my phone I depend upon it for regular calculations as well as the more complicated formulas that I use almost daily as a Realtor I cannot tell you how nice it is to be able to tell a client how much a payment will be or what the difference between payments will be when comparing homes I have never had a problem with the application It has worked flawlessly for me and I have had it for well over a year Kudos to the developer A wonderful product                     Love it DCue

Thank you for the excellent calculator It s not the prettiest app out there although I have no issue with the aesthetics given the purpose of the app but it s the best at getting the job done I love it The only suggestion that I d have is to add a button to your info screen that links right to the Mortgage Calculations instructions so that users who are inexperienced with this type of calculator can find those instructions without having to scroll down into the about screen and you don t use inpatient users who won t dig for the instructions Thanks                     Excellent aliwolly

This app does not take into consideration down payment and annual taxes You can manually subtract the down payment from the total amount of the loan before having the app do the calculations but what about the taxes         Disappointed Modilly

By far the best app for real estate mortgage payments I bought 3 other apps which take far too many steps to get to the mortgage payment I use it daily It s quick and it sits on page one next to my email app It is my most used application Buy it                     This app is GREAT MJ Pursell

Haven t had a chance to really use it a lot as I just downloaded and did some basic calculations As a mortgage loan officer I sometimes find myself without my HP finance calculator and receive that phone call from my realtor asking me to calculate how much a payment would be for a potential client I always have my phone and thought it would be nice to have a simple but effective finance calculator I also like that it is a basic calculator too so you don t have to flip back and forth between this app and the orginal calc app that came with the phone like some of the other specific mortgage apps out there To Developer Can you please add an easy way to calculate interest only payments and maybe a way to email the amortization table And if the email of the amortization table is possible to list what the criteria is of that table Like what the interest rate is etc                 So Far So Good Paulele777
