A bit concerned that you need a passport in order to complete drivers license information Everyone does not have a passport so why is one required to complete driver license info This should not be required to create an account        Requires a passport

شركة نصب واحتيال وخدمة سيئة وحصل موقف لا احسد عليه معهم وهوا كالتالي unfortunately I booked a car throw your agency N 331806576 and after a stressful flight I reached the Avis company for receiving my car they refused after 15 mints of delay because the master card prepaid I told him it is written in the booking website and in the recieve it is prepaid but they just refused and looked like they doesnt care and I asked them to give me any solutions they claimed a lot of customers having problem with them regarding like my pre paid master card and other issues and when I asked to give me my money back also refused I tried to contact your agency but I could not because there were no clear email and I there were no response with the number which in site there message was to there superfizer and I This is ref TRAVELJIGSAW RESERVATION 002121057708 MrNasser al shiri customer is holding only debit card and pre paid card due to this reason we refused to give him car and the reservation is cancelled Thanks regards Haris I stayed in the airport more than 5 hours to find a car and I found another company very friendly and helpful finally I get one what I need now my money back right away with no delay as your service thank you     unprofessional bad company الحذر من هذه الشركة

They state in large words FREE CANCELATION its not the case If its less then 48 hours of the rental they dont allow cancelation and they charge you 3 days rental Thats where they make the money You can rent by the big companies for the same price they charge and you can cancel up to same day of trip     Deceiving

This app is trying to stop you from writing a bad review incredible Contact directly the car rental companys site as all the data you enter here will have to be re entered once you get to the rental agency as nothing is transmitted     Not worth it

السلام عليكم كنت اقرا التعليقات بخصوص انهم نصابين وماعندهم دقه بالمواعيد او استرجاع المبلغ اللي حصل معاي مرتين غيرت مواعيدي وعدلت عليها بكل سهوله واذا اخترت سياره واخترت نوع التأمين فإن المكتب مكلف ما يزيد عليك ولا فلس وغصبن عليهم يسلمونك الموتر واغلب الاشخاص اللي شفتهم يتذمرون من الحجز هم اهل اوروبا من واقع تجربه حجزت حق امريكا سياره وبجميع التأمينات لدرجه وصلت للشركة وعلى طول سلموني الموتر وفوقه بوست خشم وقلتلهم تبون من عندي اي فلوس او مبالغ اضافيه قالوا لا مانبي ولا شي بس خذ موترك وتوكل على الله طبعا هذا الكلام من مطار لوس انجلوس تحياتي لكم واتمنالكم التوفيق                 ممتازه جدا

first of all when i attived to Dubai airport there was no office for the company there just a man setting at waiting cheere with punch of papers second they are not clear about payments and the GBS is not available and have to pay again for that with very high amount of money cause it doesnt appear in the resarvation you booked it you just ask for one only third the cancellation for any car in any place almost not possible and try to keep you confuse I tried for one hour to cancel it but the employee told me just send an email and you are ok i sent it and checked the other day they talk the money and no longer i can get it back from them cause i have no right to ask for it the employee have no idea what is the procedure for anything form rental car and his company have no responsality from them side one more thingthe company in England and if you want to cancel the resarvation you have to call them yourself there are no cancelation easy way to cancel it like bookingcom beside they are try to keep you not knowing that tell you book please try to read your rights if there are some here very bad company bad reputation bad booking and site i will cancel this app and no one from my side will book from rentalcars again and i will sue them if i can for that bad treatment and Refund policy     Refund is impossible

Worst booking experience Ive had via any travel booking site I travel often and use many travel apps I booked a rental through this service When I went to pick up my car I was informed that I needed my own private liability insurance to rent the car This was apparently stated in the fine print under terms and conditions Now I am severely delayed and will be paying 2x for my rental It took me 25 minutes to get a hold of a customer rep I will not book through this service again     Horrible service Worse support Read fine print

I made few reservations Was trying to caseload them On line I could not do it Tried to call and company has limited hours Tried to call straight to companies I made reservation with but they would not except cancelation I was told to do it through the rentacar co So I could not cancel it     How I can cancel reservation

Never has the car model that shows on the reservation available for rent Bait and switch They will give you an example that the rental company doesnt even own on their fleet Also its impossible to change your reservation once it starts I no longer needed my car but received no credit for returning it days early Horrendous customer service I was charged for two cancelations and its been a nightmare trying to get a refund even though I cancelled during the free cancelation time Never using them again     Not worth it

Reserved a car Went to pick it up and the car company said there were no cars available I got a message 3 hours later from car rentalscom saying my request could not be filled It shouldnt take 2 days to confirm a bookingrequest        Disappointed

Reserved a car through rental cars but when I got the desk there were no rental cars available I spoke with representative for mental cars and he said that in the US you had to pay local which means that even though you reserve the car it wasnt actually saved for you If I continue to use this service I will only search the car is here and then go to the rental car companies website to actually reserve it and put my credit card down Again you cant actually with 100 certainty reserve a car in the US through rental cars app or website     Pointless
