This does exactly what it says Never crashed as reported before Tracks everything needed to keep records I only wish I could export a report of all my repairs over a time period You can use existing clients and companies you deal with and build a database of parts              Great job Almost perfect

Some good additions to the program would be Geo fencing iCloud backup and remindersalerts                 Works for me

The app worked ok maybe the UI workflow was awkward but over all was good enough for the price I could not use this product because the PDF attachments would not open on a iPhone only on a PC        PDF attachment problems

Downloaded this app with the intention of creating repair orders for sidejob vehicle repairs Problem is if there are multiple problems that need to be corrected you need to create a repair order for each one Invoices are also laid out a little awkward when it comes to payment due You can clock inout of a job multiple times but the work time isnt updated in realtime only when you clockout The ability to add notes to a line of work would also be nice Other than that decent app           Not bad

App hasnt been updated since 2012 Needs an update for iOS 8 and iPhone 66 Also needs a text box scaling fix applied where you cannot type a really long description of work and have it be displayed in its entirety on a generated basic invoice This needs to be fixed ASAP Also needs a fix to be able to enter hours worked with decimal points Right now just the number pad keyboard comes up Theres no way to enter 25 hours since theres no on the number only keyboarddial pad                 Needs Update

As a whole this app is exactly what I was looking for an organizer for repair tickets I can input what parts the repair needs how much I quoted that person if the repair is completed paid for etc etc Unfortunately though the app is very awkward to navigate Having to add a customer as a client before creating a ticket is very inconvenient It would be much easier to be able to add the customer information during the initial ticket flow Also having to tap the gear to edit a category is annoying too There should just be empty blanks to fill as necessary Overall this app has a ton of potential I can get by using it for now but it would be great to see some improvements to the UI and accessibility of the app           Great concept

This is exactly what I was looking for now if were made for an iPad I would give it a definite 5 stars Nice easy interface and works well              Great App

This is actually a very cool app I repair computers as a side business and I strongly feel that needs the following modifications 1 The ability to build a serviceproduct tab or list The tab or list should also include the ability to add prices that can be used universally for all clients entered into the system instead of having to type the same information over and over again Its really cumbersome having to type repetitive information for different clients when selecting it from a preexisting list would make things much easier 2 The ability to separate actual labor intensive tasks from tasks that really require you to physically replace a part Most computer repair work is labor intensive At present labor cant be catalogged like the parts can It would really be great if it could           Repair Ticket

Cant save a list of services cant save a price for them cant set an hourly labor rate Have to write in just about everything with each job Dont bother Cant believe I paid 5 for this     Nope

Great apps for repairing cars but my list of files are building up If I maintained or fix a car 4 times I ended w4 files thats just 1 car Can you also add the capability of multiple labor charges ie one line item for labor charges for fixing brakes another for change oil tune up etc Maybe similar to parts listing wan option of calling it labor instead of parts then summarized labor separately Can you add other details instead of just client details that I can input such as car make model VIN milesetc           Not Flexible Enough

After using it for a month I find this little app invaluable I have a small computer consulting company and always had the issue of having to wait until I got back to the office to create and send an invoice Additionally I kept information on the job in a little notebook or scraps of paper This app allows me to track a job over multiple days and send an invoice on the spot This is a well thought out and executed application I highly recommend this to any small business that needs a job tracking and invoicing system that they can carry anywhere they go                 Great invoicing app for the small business

This app is pretty good so far It really needs a more mature time tracking mechanism however To give an example I bill in quarter hour increments after the first half hour even if I could simply edit the entries that would be better than nothing As it stands Ill have to use something else for time tracking If ever the time tracking is upgraded I may well be able to migrate to Repair Ticket for all my invoicing needs As it is its a great tool for tracking ongoing issues but wont allow me to really use it for billing              Pretty good so far

Try to make an invoice and it does good at filling in who its twodoesnt automatically calculate time laborpreview invoice w empty fields and no way to fill them in other than customer info and job namecould have been a really great app its a shame I really hoped it worked        Is this a joke

Even though I only fix laptops and computers as a side business having this app on my iPhone allows me to to be mobile and uptodate with which machines Ive already fixed and when the repairs are due at a glance Its flexible enough to suit most any repair shop need that happens to also need to be documented read all repairs need to be documented This is definitely a MUST BUY in my opinion even if you are that neighborhood geek guy that does fixes for friends and family This app will keep you focused allow for communication from within the app to the people in need of repairs in a concise clear manner and help you appear professional and coordinated If you are a pro youll no longer be tied to your desk andor workshop and can keep up with all repairs at a glance Im loving it Great app workflow is easy enough to pick up easily but also deep enough to grow with your needs Impressive                 Insanely helpful for the small big repair shops

Too much attention paid to graphics On generating an invoice what I need the most the program crashes When you restart the invoice is not viewable or sendable Lots of promise but I think you took my 499 Hope you enjoy it Dev        Pretty but doesnt work
