A very nice app Once to MHzGHz thing is fixed Ill recommend that all our field people download and use this app     Great app
GHz needs to be changed to MHz and would be very helpful if it went out further than 2 decimal places           Good but could be great
This app is real handy use it all the time                 Great app
The calculations for dBmmW appear correct but I dont know enough about RF to judge the other calculations However there are items that need some work The web address appears on all pages and so overlays items on the Link Budget data entry and results page Right or wrong this makes me think that the author either never ran the program or didnt care what it looked like Either way it makes me leary of the calculations Standard text boxes are used for numeric entry instead of a dedicated number pad This makes numeric entry cumbersome and error prone It does not remember the metric vs standard setting between invocations And it would probably be better to say English instead of standard as all this setting does is select between Km and mi Milliwatts should be abbreviated mW not Mw which is Megasomething        A fair start but needs work
Since Ive been using this app Ive lost 15 pounds divorced my wife and now own a new Corvette Thanks GT                 Changed my life
Worked fine on me 1st generation iPod Touch Does not work at all on my iPhone OS 811           Ok but needs update
Very useful for smart math people                 Great App
When will this app be fixed     Broken
Basic functions arent bad but needs improvement It should support mW readings beyond two decimal places For example when converting dBm to mW values below 23 show as 000 mW It would be best if the app remembered your previous choice of metric or imperial and didnt force you to a splash page every time you launch it It doesnt really adhere to Apples UI guidelines It looks like a Flash web page thats been translated into an iOS app           A good start but needs work v10
What is Earth Bulge With that name it sounds like Earth needs to go on a diet If I am correct it means Earth Curvature Need to add Radio Line of site RLOS 1 site and 2 sites Not everyone works only in the GHz range Most of my work is in MHz Give the user a choice of Hz KHz MHz and GHz Also another good tool would be calculating DB lossgain           Good start
Input requests GHz but gives inaccurate results If you enter in MHz the result is accurate Author should fix simple error        Units incorrect
I am the person that commissioned the program I really appreciate your feedback A new version has been submitted to Apple and we are awaiting its release I believe that the new version should correct many of the problems Thanks again GT              Thank you for the suggestions
Even has a calc or 2 of interest outside of the RF world ie Earth Bulge Thanks to author for making this tool free              Nice RFLOS Calculator
Nice interface however the calculations for path loss are 60 dB off I think the frequency should be in MHz not GHz as indicated by the program Keep working on it and thanks for the effort           Good try
RF Calculator has a few useful functions I like the handy path loss function but it does not include many of the useful functions that rfCalc provides Ive ended up using both but use rfCalc a bit more often           Not bad Needs more
