I find this app very helpful for the daily searches However wished there are other options such as the ability to views disclosures forms and a street view function Also the calculator tab it tough to move the bars loan amount sale price accurately If we can enter the dollar amount instead it would be great Besides that are listed I still used this on the daily basis                 Helpful love it but kewee88

I ve used this app as a RI resident looking to purchase my first home and overall this app just works It s pretty intuitive Go to the search you can easily apply location filters and property filters and you have multiple formats to see your results list map etc It s nice to add a few property filters with no location ones and then scan through the state to see what s available The saved searches and places are convenient since the app lets your realtor know you are interested and gets the conversation started My only minor suggestion is with bathroom filters I think you should be able to search for 1 1 but right now if you add a filter for 1 full and 1 bath if a result has 2 full baths and no half baths it won t display Hopefully that s something that can be changed But overall this is a useful app                     Simple and effective 1 suggestion Garry Garroo

The App unfortunately does not locate properties 90 of the time you could be sitting right at a property and it will not pull it up you can do a search and it s not there but when you go onto the MLS website it works fine so need to fix the bugs You are better off pulling up the listing on Realtor Com grabbing the listing using it to pull it up on this app To get accurate contact info on the listing agent Really only works accurately if you have the MLS     Works intermittently Does not locate properties Sbspeer
