Ive had the app for a month now the cell service is poor and connectivity is hit or miss Love the protection If the cell service improves it will be A           RIDE

I bought the alarm because it was one of the best ones out there to keep a constant watch on my ride The app for the iPhone works well and does give status updates pretty much in real time The customer service is fantastic Two thumbs up to those folks                 So far so good behaving as expected

Basically I agree with Shelterboy Installed it myself on 2012 R6 I also added the Secure System to the Core Systempretty difficult finding room Overall very happy with the actual alarm so farthe three stars is for the appits glitchy doesnt track my miles correctly and about half the time has trouble communicating with the system in the bike when I want it to Could be from parking in a concrete partial underground garage When tracking my rides though Ive been surprisingly pleased I would recommend thisjust hope they put continued effort into improving the app Looks good at least The gps tracking has been spot on for me for the most partI have confidence that if my bike were taken it would be easily found by the police because of this Average time in which I receive an alarm through my phone is anywhere from 30 seconds 2 minutes           Good alarm buggy app

The UI leaves something to be desired but the app itself is reliable I can see if I remembered to alarm my bike when I parked it check up on it during travels away from home and see how many miles I rode and the heatmapallows me to get lost and see where I was when I get back Great system acceptable app              Not the prettiest appbut it works

Is good I can see my bike at all times from my phone and I receive notifications every time someone touch or past close to the bike and I can enable or disable the alarm from my iPhone the GPS works perfect                 The best alarm and app

Ive had this alarm installed on my R1 for quite a while and I like it so far with features like geofencing pushtype alerts remote activation and location its exactly what I needed              Best motorcycle alarm for me

Like everyone has said its a tight fit finding room but thats to be expected I was able to fit everything in nice and tight on my S1000RR I installed both the core and secure system although I pretty much just leave Early Warning enabled and dont mess with the actual alarm part much Between the shock sensor tilt and ignition sensors I get notified basically as soon as I move my bike at all Id recommend setting up some obnoxious custom ring tone to assign to the text numbers that come in There are 6 or 7 numbers that Scorpio uses to send out the texts Just assign them all to the same contact and set up a nice alarm ringtone for that contact I also set up the email address as a VIP address and assigned an alarm tone for that as well App seems to hang when I open it sometimes and try to switch between Ride Moto etc I usually force quit and relaunch before it will load properly Ive had no problem at all with it recording my rides Records them perfectly every single time I start the bike and its all automatic I bought this system to replace the Kryptonite tracking system I had on my bike and Im very satisfied with the many additional features of this system The Kryptonite system costs about the same as both the core and secure system combined and all you get is a crappy way to locate your bike and their website is just terrible Im interested to see if Scorpio adds anything else Either way its the way to go for security and GPS tracking on any bike One more suggestion dont connect the system directly to the battery A thief will see that something is connected if they remove the seat My Kryptonite system was installed by the dealer and they connected it directly into the wiring in the tail section so I did the same Theres no way to see or disconnect anything unless you rip off the tail fairing and get under the pillion seat           3 stars for the app 5 stars for the system

I use this app with the Ride Scorpio system including perimeter sensor and tire pressure monitors on my 2013 VRSCF VRod Muscle and love it Easy enough to install You do need to ensure you encode the remote after install and the tire pressure monitors Also ensure you update the GPS module to the most current version if needed You can do that via the app after installation of the system After that everything synchs up and works beautifully Gives you peace of mind and is fun logging the rides Excellent system and app I highly recommend it if you want a comprehensive tracking security ride logging and sharing system                 Awesome useful fun easy

Very disappointed Stop d working after 24 h The remote doesnt communicate with the alarm any more Lost 4h trying to fix it Sow i just lost 480 and the customer service just added more     Piss of sh

I cant Arm disarm locate with lights nor control my perimeter sensor On or Off This app in not practical at all Im used to do all that with my phone what happened to the controls that we had hope they fix that     Ride scorpio app

App is full of bugsdoesnt work well with the newest iOS When I brought this to the attention of tech support several months ago I was told there was a fix on the way I had the rLink system and upgraded to the new Ride CoreSecure system and now I wish I hadnt spent the money Ill not be a return customer     Not worth the money

The best alarm out on the market GPS tracking is spot on and the notification is prompt Saved my bike 4 times from being stolen so far Great great great                 From good to the best

I agree with the others This new app isnt as good as the older version But Im sure this is an in progress issue Im just giving the time to see the value keeping the older style controls with the new features I still recommend this alarm to everyone who rides              Not that bad

I have the Ride Core and Ride Secure on my CBR The alarm system is great and full of features My bike didnt offer much room for the install and took a good deal of time to figure out where to put everything Pretty easy stuff otherwise Account activation etc was a breeze The system and app as a whole are buggy My bike has registered only one of my rides so far supposed to be automatic Ive put approx 300 miles on my bike so far over four different rides and its only registered 60 miles so far It also got my start and finish locations wrong Sometimes the app doesnt register the bike status correctly ie no perimeter alarm found gps location not correct It seems the fault lies somewhere between bikeserverapp as information isnt being pushed correctly The app alone is neat but buggy as hell tldr The alarm system works The app doesnt work well but looks awesome Core system kinda works           Awesome alarm system

I thought the old app better complimented the Rlink system as a whole I really have no need for this inferior new version I spoke to a representative who said the old remote design was pointless but I found it useful on a daily bases If I walked into work and realized I forgot to activate I used to be able with the old app I just feel like the old version kept the Rlink product ahead of the rest but now has lost its appear that separated it from rest no longer giving the user a sense of control over the system Scorpio dropped the ball on this and should allow the option for old app to be used Scorpio is better than this please show it     Not as impressive

with latest IOS n App update u dont get any notifications from the App when its not on screen wont stay active in background but will get email notification once wane app from background u will get its main notifications all to late           app issue needs fixing

Like the apps idea However most times I dont receive the alert text when the alarm is activated Twice I got the ignition activation alert 24 hrs later Crazy huh Also dont really like that I cannot armdearm the system if the bike sits for more than a day I have to literally turn the ignition on then off so that it wakes up the device Hopefully the other features will work if Im ever unlucky enough to need it ie theft or downed rider on a solo ride Please revamp Not a bad system just needs improvement        Somewhat needs a redo

The app works well there is a delay when changing settings like activating the perimeter sensor I now use the remote for that The app is great for tracking the bike the real time tracking is spot on very accurate which is what we need when you are worried about someone trying to steal your baby Overall the app is very good the alarm system as a whole is the best motorcycle alarm and tracking system Ive used              Good app Great alarm system

Navigation within the app is pretty clumsy and not well thought out Cant arm the system when away from the bike which is important to me if I forget to arm it        Crappy App

Ride is the absolute best alarm with GPS system out here You will not be disappointed                 This is the absolute best

Application is rather tidy and easy to use Lots of functions that you cannot get through the website Able to customize how you receive alerts find precious trips and post items to social media Love it                 Excellent app

I use this app every day commuting tofrom work One of my favorite features is the location alerts I setup one to let my wife know when I make it in to the office safely and on to let her know when I am getting close to home I love that I can check my tire pressure from the app before I take off on ride I also feel safe parking my bike downtown because I am always notified when something happens I have only been on one leisure ride since I installed it and I made sure to create a ride in the system so I could add pictures along the way Was fun for my friends to see my progress on Facebook and check out my pics Would love to see it updated for iOS7 aesthetics but otherwise I am very pleased                 Very useful

I will give this app a better rating when it supports multiple devices        Needs work

They werent kidding about how easy to set up I am honestly new to doing my own work on my bike It was actually fun to set up I got the ride core and the TPM both easy to set up and use The app is really good and accurate I tested by moving it and within 2 mins it warned me Really great app and products                 Really impressed

I love the system but the app Needs a little improvement like the early alerts I have to turn on the bike to wake up the CORE I feel like it shouldnt be like that And the software needs to be on point Which is one of the reason why I bought RIDE so that my bike wont get stolen Please help              Could be a little better

I remember years ago before Ride when the app worked I cant control the system through this app because it ALWAYS says the sytem must be online whether the bike is in an open space with the key in the ignition or not GPS tracking and exiting the fence works        Still not good

Had this since 2012 and its been great after not using it for so long my SIM card was deactivated so even though I purchased a new plan I needed a new replacement SIM card The company sent me one on the house which was cool spoke with Brad from IT and he explained what happened So now everything is working just like it should I definitely would recommend this to anyone that live in a high crime area like I do                 After getting new SIM card it works again

This app has not worked properly since the company was bought out by Scorpio Im looking at more stable alternatives because this app with the system simply just does not work     Dissapointment

The app really needs to be updated It always goes off and sends a bunch of text messages and emails even though i turned the alarm off     app needs tuning

Even though I live in NYC checking the coverage area I should be will covered But seeing how this works on Tmobile 2G network its very sluggish and most of the time its not connected to a signal My antenna is on the outside of the bike I tried many locations I will hold off in paying the monthly fee until reception improves And if your thinking of buying this product be prepared for plenty of no connection Especially on cloudy days I dont know how this app got so many stars maybe from the employees Paying 425 plus 10 a month for a service that sometimes work is not except able Please fix it soon     NOT WORTH IT

This alarm is as good as it gets I now feel totally at ease leaving my bike in the parking lot at work or covered in the driveway at home I love being able to track rides and have realtime gps tracking The text alerts have saved me many many times from kids messing with my bike or trying to take selfies on it All the main functions of the app run smoothly and reliably I gave it four stars because I would like to see the bike and rider profile sections be a little more functional The maintenance interval alerts dont really work as it dosnt apply the miles you have ridden to the bike on your profile I still dont know how to do this Also my main gripe is that I cant select what notifications I want and what notifications I dont want so every time someone sets off an alert it texts me emails me and sends me a push notification These stack up quick I would like to be able to turn off email or text and just have it send me push notifications but havnt found a way to do that yet All in all I would reccomend this system to every rider and I often do I dont feel like I could live without it anymore It has given me a lot of peace of mind and probably saved my ride from careless people more times than I realize              Perfect alarm system

I upgraded from the rLink system which worked great for me so when the new Ride platform came out I figured I would upgrade so I thought I ordered and installed the Ride core and secure system about 3 months ago and nothing seems to work right the system will go into sleep mode after about 5 minutes the manual says that it would after an hour every once in a while I will have to reset the module and reprogram the remote cause it would stop responding the range from the remote is garbage maybe 50 feet the perimeter sensor requires adjustment constantly and theres no question about where its located on my bike mounted flat and with out any form of metal around it I even went as far as leaving it on top of the rider seat overnight while it was in my back yard just to make sure and the signal was still garbage and now the app says its been over a week since its gotten a GPS signal from my bike but I ride every day this system is a downgrade from the old rLink system which in my opinion far more superior then this new garbage        Took a step backwards

This app is okay but it does need some major improvement It would be awesome if you could monitor more then one device the Vehical battery charge display seems a off It works slow sometimes and when you enable your alarm it takes a while mainly waiting on confirmation from the device that rarely comes Also I want the option to keep the alarm enabled at all times Whenever you park you have to turn the alarm back on Please fix these issues Oh yea I get false shock alarms sometimes Please fix all if the above           Needs some work Usable
